Tofino Fishing Adventures

Fantastic experience! Excellent guiding, caught some great fish! Was a memorable day for the whole family!

Had a really fantastic day on the water with our guide! Caught several beautiful salmon and everyone in our group of ten had some action. Finished with a load of crabs. Everyone had a great time, our guide was really great!

Our schedules fishing trip was not only not real. He promised to give us a reimbursement for the trip we had to book last minute. That never happened. He ignored our calls and texts and has completely ghosted us. We had to scramble at 6: 00 am to find a l other charter and the other captains said “yeah we see this from him a lot, he also has a ton of guide turnover”
Turns out they’re right, we went to the dock the next day and the guides at Tofino fishing adventures got skunked. No salmon at all.
While we had to scramble and pay a premium for a last minute charter with another guide we got limits on Chinook, Coho and Lingcod.
I wouldn’t recommend this charter to anyone at all, and after speaking with the locals and the fishing processing in the area they all agree and we’re not surprised.

Recommend donating some of your catch to the local food bank at the red building and the restaurant at the dock will also cook your catch for you

We had a group of five and wanted to catch lingcod and see a whale but the water was a bit rough but it didn’t stop our captain Jessie from taking us out and catching our limit of wild Salmon Jessie went out of his way to make sure we still had an amazing time I can most definitely say we would highly recommend I have to also give Jessie a huge shout out for being so good about my anxiety and never once making me feel like it was a problem truly thank you ️

5 of us went out and fished for coho, chinook, and long cod, We ranged from 10 y.o. To 80 y.o. None had fished in the salt much at all, and Adam made it easier than it really was. All but the ancient one caught fish. The 10 year old held his own, and it could not have been a better day a even though we did not catch a ling cod, Adam is an excellent teacher, and that carried the day.

My 9 year old wants to fish everyday now! We had the best time with Adam. We saw whales, bald eagles, caught fish and warmed up in the hot springs! After the hot springs Adam, Josh and Brody had Smokeys waiting for us which was really great. It felt like hanging out with friends for the day, I highly recommend Tofino Fishing Advetures, Adam, Josh and Brody were awesome!

Our day spent with Adam was truly a trip to remember! While the day was cold, windy and wet, Adam kept our spirits high and ensured we had the absolute best tour possible. He kept us warm and dry with blankets and rain gear in his covered boat, he had all of the answers about local flora and fauna, we caught a 17 pound Chinook Salmon, and followed a pod of Orcas, all in one trip!

Thanks for a great tour Adam, we'll definitely be back to Tofino:)

Our tour guide Adam was absolutely the best. He was so knowledgeable of the area and we had an amazing time exploring and fishing in the ocean. If we ever return to Tofino, I will be contacting Adam for another fishing adventure right away!

Even though we weren't fishing at the best time of the year Adam put us right on the fish. Couldn't have had a better time!
