Tamberly at Tom Harris in Kamloops was outstanding! She tackled setting my wife and I up with our new iPhone 15’s at the end of the day and stayed open a little passed closing to ensure we were completely taken care of. Much appreciated!

Everyone there was very helpful and kind, and stayed over time. The girl there was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. All the other staff was really friendly as well.

The team at Tom Harris were awesome! Answered my question although it wasn't the answer I wanted to here. The young fella Nick was awesome! I went home to grab my tablets. When I got back to the shop he had my sim cards ready. All I had to do were a couple of signatures an intials. Nick was also able to help reducing the price as much as he could. An when I asked how I owed for the sim cards an he said nothing. An i said wow! I appreciate that Nick, an you went beyond your job duties I felt. I know have my tablet an iPad up an running, thank you Nick! I would definitely go back because of his customer service! Thank you

My experience at Tom Harris Telus was great, the service was knowledgeable, the store was clean and efficiently laid out and the Covid Protcols were being upheld nicely.

Clean store. It was busier than I expected but staff were friendly and efficient. Would be happy to go again when needed.

I had a really good experience with Morgan at Summit Centre, she was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I felt like she was giving me real advice and went out of her way to be helpful. I usually dread spending so much time in a store when up upgrading my phone but I was able to leave while she did the transfer and return when everything was ready. Thank you Morgan!

Cell phone providers themselves are not great but the reps do what they can and I was happy with my service

Chris was very helpful and patient with me (a 75 year old senior). I got all my issues resolved and even saved some money.

I was passing through Kamloops for some work gear and ended up getting a new phone here. Megan couldn’t have been better and helped get me in and out efficiently and I’m really happy with my new iPhone 12 and even got a better deal on my plan. If I’m in Kamloops again I’ll definitely shop here

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. My family has been with Tom Harris for over 15 years, purchasing over a dozen phones and we recently purchased 4 more. I purchased the only screen protector that worked on my phone in the store. Only when it was on I was told it was $60. Customers should be told of the price before as that is very expensive for a screen protector. I leave the store and notice the screen protector is cracked. I return to the store and they refuse to replace it or provide a refund since I didn't notice it was cracked before leaving. I did not drop it and there is no damage to the phone to prove it. NOT my fault.
They said there was nothing they could do and I had to go through the manufacturer. Claiming warranty cost $8. That is a $68 phone screen and my family will NEVER be shopping from Tom Harris or Telus again. Could not be more disappointed with this customer service.

Elvis Rodrigues was extremely pleasant and helpful when I came in with a friend that needed help getting the right cell phone for his needs. No only did Elvis take care of that need, he went the extra mile and got a reduction on a land line/TV and internet plan along with a partial refund on a previous bill!
He was very patient and explained everything so that we could understand it properly)

I’m super happy with Telus’ customer service today. I could tell they were extremely busy but they helped everyone as efficiently as they could. I saw a very grumpy customer come in who was very rude and impatient, even towards my own little kids but the Telus crew continued to give smiles and helped her with the volume of her phone. The Telus agent even stayed an hour after they closed to help me with my complicated phone issues. He went above and beyond to help me get a wicked deal! I’m super grateful and so happy I switched to Telus:)

Elvis Rodrigue was exceptional! Not only was he patient in helping both my daughters renew their phones, he stayed an hour past quitting time to finish the transaction. He also looked into our other Telus accounts and upgraded our services with discounts! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you!

Morgan was insanely helpful and patient. Can’t recommend her enough! The place was overwhelmed with customers, so the wait was pretty long - but I feel like each employee still took the time to make sure each customer was helped to the best of their ability.

I went in for one thing regarding cell phone and over 2 years wanted to change our internet service as it was too slow however Elvis found the answer. Absolutely great service polite and not pushy however gives solutions.
