Had a great experience upgrading my phone today. Chase was great, knowledgable and very personable.

Me and my mom went to get new phones and the lady who helped us was so helpful polite and understanding and explain everything we asked I wholeheartedly recommend Arctic as a customer service agent PS I may be butchering her name I don't have the best memory

The attendant was curtious and polite and very efficient at her job. Very happy with the service she provided.

Just purchased a black Friday phone for my husband at andres in cranbrook. I then decided ok let's go to telus and see if my phone is in stock, which it was. The person then says ok I owe 115.00 I said I'm sorry why? It was for them to transfer my data over and for a recycle fee. I was like no thank you and we left. They are crooks and this is why I never chose to go back to telus after 12 plus years because of this. I can transfer my own data and why am I paying a recycle fee for buying a phone? I went back to Andres and got a great deal! Buyer beware.

Chase was very helpful and accommodating, visited 12/7 for a new phone plan for the bring-your-own-device device service, great prices and not too long of a wait time, excellent customer service.

Polite, courteous solved all questions. My phone was so done. They managed to open it on a desktop and recover all my info. Was treated very well. Will recommend to others

I was charged $20 for an eSIM, something that costs $10 when purchased from telus directly. Then I was told activating the sim would cost 59.99, and the sales person implied telus would charge the same because its a ‘complex process’. It took literally 30 seconds using a free online tool telus sent me the link to. And here I thought tel-cos were the epitome of predatory capitalism, when in fact they are kinda chill in comparison to some authorized resellers.

Chase was an amazing help upgrading my Pixel. He was meticulous going through my needs, options, and pricing. He and another staff member even tracked down a case a screen protector. It's a great work ethic.

Today I had great service. Aislinn greeted me right away, found what I needed, got me set up and out the door quickly! Good service is hard to find these days. Thanks again!

We went in looking for cases for our new I phone pro 13’s. He showed us all the varieties and colours and styles available. Was not quite sure what we wanted so went and checked out the other stores and they had what he already had showed us. But we were so impressed with Fady that in the end we went and shopped with him. He even went so far to make sure we received exactly what we wanted and went online and showed us the options and got them ordered up for us Was just a great experience.

Went in Saturday morning to see about my Telus Bill… great customer service provided by Fady resulted in a savings of over $100 per month on our Home Bundle, and am now receiving a much better (8 x better) Data Plan on our Mobility Plan for the same price…

Despite being in the middle of renovation and working with all the protocalls needed in these trying Covid times, our purchasing experiance at our Cranbrook Tom Harris store was indeed a pleasure. My wife and I were given all the information we needed to choose the right phones for us and treated with paitence, good humour and respect. Special thanks to Emily and Carly. I went down to the store this morning, my phone stopped charging yesterday. So I came today to get a new phone. I told the two ladies that I would do the transfer everything to the new phone myself. I waited almost 2 hours and didn’t understand why. Next thing I know the girl says just waiting for your phone to turn on. The girl wiped my old phone, when i did not ask her to. So I am already not happy, and I get home and look on my receipt and they had a 79$ fee that I was not quoted on. And I still do not know what it is for. So, I guess they did an I cloud back up from 2017. Without me authorizing anything. I will not be returning to this store, if nothing can be resolved.

Monday, July 27,1230 pm: Fred and I had the best experience ever! Joy (in training) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager and the other young lady working also answered extra questions. No more dreading a Telus store visit - this will be our go to store. Well done!

I came to your store last Saturday with a SIM card problem on a phone we had purchased in the US. I had tried everything I could think of and was set to send the phone back. Gillian looked it over and tried a number of different things none of which worked at first. Concerned about the amount of time she was spending and knowing that we only had a small account at Telus I apologized for taking up so much of her time. Her response "you are a valued Telus customer regardless of the size of your account. " In time she neatly found the problem, solved it and handed me back a phone that now works perfectly.
