This store tried to charge my father, a senior $60 to “recycle” his phone. Both their head office and the Fido store confirmed there is no recycle fee. Think twice before going to this location.

Entering the store with all three of their staff members busy with the customers. Seemed like they were all picking new phone plans. I didn't know how long they had already been there. But I waited for 90 minutes until someone greeted me. I must admit that was really efficient. Never walk in. Call and make an appointment first if you don't want to waste your life pointlessly.

True really help us pick the plan we needed and saved money. Very helpful with our phones and added apps.

Had to get a new phone due to my last one abruptly breaking on me. All the staff were very friendly and helped me get the best deal with getting a new phone, really appreciated their attentive manner during the whole experience.

Jake was super helpful and made the whole process very easy for us. If there was something he wasn’t sure about he called in for us right away. Definitely would come back for his help any time.

Immediately responsive to request for assistant by first clarifying our technical need for a new phone (to ensure they had one in stock). Then explained all cost implications, including savings derived by phone trade in and adjustment to current data plans. Waited 30 minutes in a coffee shop for the data transfer, paid the required balance and left very satisfied with an effective seamless process and a nice new iPhone 12.
