Gino at Tom Harris Cellular did a great job helping us purchase and set up our new phones.

Went into this store because it was the closest to my place. Glad I did because they do an excellent job and making sure everything is well explained and done correctly when setting up your new phone. Definitely will be going back!

Great customer service. The manager - Leslie - was friendly, professional, accommodating, and able to answer any questions asked. Jake is the absolute best. My iPhone broke at the end of my workday, and I felt really bad about coming in to buy a new phone thirty minutes before their store was closing. Jake was nothing but personable, attentive, and reassuring that I don’t need to worry. He stayed fifteen minutes after closing to make sure my new phone was set-up. Give that man a raise!

Sales rep was quite knowledgeable, and he went to another Tom Harris store to get what I wanted. I have been on the market for a new phone for quite some time. I got the phone I needed and wanted and it was all done in an hour and a half. Very happy.

Fantastic! Helping me out with various issues with several different cell issues on many models. Wished I had seen the guys in Tuscany village b4 going to uptown mall where 'bkackapple' had replaced the battery on an old iPhone not realizing that it required 'iPhone' specific battery instead of generic that 'vlacjapple' had replaced it with (twice in 1 month) and still not works. My first time dealing with 'Apple' products! They helped me with the other issues regarding Samsung and porting my landline to cell phone and clarifying other issues. Kudos!

The first time I was here it was excellent service. 5 stars. This time, I wasn't even acknowledged in the lineup of just me (before just one customer being helped) until 3 minutes. 2 service people talking to one lady. 12 minutes in one of the people left to a meeting and I'm still waiting. 15 minutes oh wait the one left just apologized for the wait.and says he's alone at this time as his partner is in a meeting. So I think just the time of day or circumstances perhaps.half hr finally am helped. Im there just to pick up my new phone by the way.

Been dealing with Tom Harris cellular ever since I ported my number from Rogers back to my old Telus account in 2016. Courtney and previously Sarah look after my business account which I have my boyfriend and my two daughters included. After Sarah left, Courtney has been continuing to look after my family's needs around my busy work schedule. I understand the pandemic has made inventory ordering more challenging but the place delivers nonetheless.

Update: Courtney is now district manager so now Vesa and Alex looks after me.

I got my new phone and internet here a couple of wks ago. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and very patient and so was I as the process did take 2 hours. Lol. That being said service was good and he did his best to give me whatever discounts he could finagle. I chose this place due to their high rating. Listened to them give great customer service over the phone with raging lunatic clients that were abusive. They stayed composed and professional. Kudos!

Just needed a new screen protector for my phone. The service rep was very courteous & helped me to get what I needed within a few minutes.

I was helped by a very friendly young lady who guided me on making my purchase decision which I am very very pleased with. There was a knowledgeable gentleman who also helped.

What a pleasure to work with CJ at this location. I needed to update my plan as was burning through data and CJ found me the best plan for my needs and was able to make the adjustment in a matter of minutes! He was also able to do the same for my husband, all while delivering exception polite customer service. Two very happy customers!

My new phone arrives with simple set up instructions.anyone could follow. One week later and 7 phone calls to Apple IT "experts" and still.no one could transfer my data from my Android to the new iPhone XS. My last resort was to visit the always friendly staff at this location. I have always felt welcomed and leave with my problem solved. Today was no exception.despite Covid restrictions to stay safe they have protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Both of the agents were super efficient polite and so knowledgeable. They were able to do my data transfer in a very short time. I will always return to this location and will recommend them to all of my friends.
