I'm editing this review as I after finally receiving my service agreement, I see that we did not get anything close to what we agreed on. Charges were added that we didn't agree to and we were told repeatedly that this was a problem with the "back end". We were unable to get a copy of our charges or service agreement for approximately a week and it wasn't anything we agreed to or signed but was considered binding regardless.
I wouldn't do business with this company again.

Terrible customer service. Boss is never there to answer the questions employees can not answer. Go somewhere else at all costs.

I forget the guys name who helped me, I had a little problem with my phone not working he got on it right away took a little bit but he figured it out and Got it going, I’m happy, everything’s good.

Tom was very receptive of my requirements. He quickly and confidently found an appropriate SIM to suitable for my needs.

I am a Roger's customer, I was not getting the help I need and stopped by our location. Bobbie was very positive, kind, and helped resolve my issue with my phone. I have been back and forth to Roger's and no one gave me this help. I wil be switching very to Telus after how Bobbie has treated me. Thank you very much for helping me.
