Tom Harris TELUS & Koodo Store

I just recently conducted a switch to Koodo at this location. I don't as a rule leave 5 star reviews because there's always room for improvement. This is an exception to that rule. A lady called Katie helped me thru a somewhat complicated (on my end) transition to Koodo with absolute perfection in all aspects - professionalism, knowledge of product, personable and easy to talk to, patience while waiting to consult with Koodo. Also kept me in the loop every step of the way.
She got everything done that I had asked for and I left a happy customer. I would definitely recommend Katie for anyone looking for a next level customer experience.

Everytime I go there they are so awesome. I have had a few minor problems with my old phone in the past and they fixed my problem. I love them so much

Great service, really quick and to the point I went in to upgrade to a new phone and was in and out in less than half an hour.

I originally tried to use the online service but it was terrible, so I went into the Tom Harris store and they were amazing, they helped me figure out my issue with adding an additional line to my account. So 10/10 if you want great service go in store instead of online.
