I went down to Tom Harris, in Cloverdale, to see about getting a new SIM card for my phone. I was expecting it to take a long time as I had been having trouble with my phone. I was pleased that I was in and out in short order. I’ll be back for sure.

Third time I have used this location and every time has been an absolute pleasure. First time I was suffering the effects of pepper spray and there to deactivate my stolen phone - they were beyond helpful and patient. Every time, the staff has been excellent - helpful, patient and definitely knowledgeable!

The staff were knowledgeable and made our transfer to Koodo quick and easy. They had our family completely transferred over in such a short time, we had expected it to take hours.

Divya made my upgrade experience very positive. She was very knowledgeable, patient going through the details and made sure the phone I picked was right for me and my usage. I had to pick up my daughter from soccer and she waited for me to ensure the transfer went through properly. I really appreciate that she waited for me, even though the store was closed. I have gone to Tom Harris for all my cellphone needs over the past years. They are always patient and helpful. I just purchased a Samsung S22+. Jara the sales representative was excellent! I went to a Tom Harris Telus shop at Grandview Corner looking for a Samsung S22+ because Koodos had a great deal going. When I got there the sales person said he didn't have any left but what he did do was phone other locations to see if they had one. Fortunately for me the Cloverdale branch had one so they saved it for me. When I got there they immediately acknowledge me and brought a S22+ out and did everything to set me up and increased my data coverage. Service was great. Wish they had more varieties of cell phone cover cases for Samsung.

Hajara and Divya were very informative and knowledgeable. You couldn't find more friendly customer service reps than these two! I would recommend this store to anyone out there looking to switch to Telus or upgrade your phone. Also big shout out to Divya for only being 3 weeks on the job has the potential of doing great things! Keep up the good work you two
