Customer service is pretty bad! The customer beside me wasn't happy, they told him a price and when it came to pay it was double the price. They arnt very knowledgeable it seems with prices or product they sell. Kept telling me to do it online. I came in for a new phone and they said do it online. Maybe try a different location/company? This isn't the first bad encounter I've had there.

The sales staff are nice people. But the store is a scam. They charge a $70 in-store credit that is not refundable. Vs let's say phoning Telus or going to a store like Walmart or Costco, where it's free. They charge a $60 activation fee that they will not credit. Walmart for example will credit you $60 to cover the activation fee. They also charge for SIM cards, which are free if you phone in or go to Walmart again. Please save your money and go to the Walmart in Squamish.

Nice people, absolute rip-off. They will charge you $70 in-store charge to ser up a new line. And also charge you $60 activation fee. If you go to Walmart they charge no in-store fee and they will provide a free credit, for the $60 activation fee. Another example, if you lose a SIM card and need a new one, they will charge you $20. If you go to Wal-Mart it's free. Please do not do business with this store.

Prabh at Tom Harris is amazing. She knowledgeable and very patient and calm. It took us since last week to move everything from a consumer account to an EPP account.

Today I had the best customer experience I have ever had in a phone store! Prabh, Param & Hana were all 10/10. All welcoming and smiling when I walked in and customer service was above and beyond! All my questions were answers and I was welcome to stay check out the new phones as long as I needed too! Thank you to all of you:)

Param worked very hard to solve our problem and was incredibly patient and helpful. On our second visit Prabh was able to sort out two phone purchases very efficiently and with a lovely attitude.

The people in the store were very patient and excelled into customer service throughout the time I was there. I would highly recommend Tele service at your store over the competitor store that I had to visit. It was the difference between night and day.

Telus drives me up the wall bonkers with all of the cash grabs and extra fees. 200$ to port my phone number to a different account. Highlight of the day was dealing with Arshdeep, who provided amazing customer service, and was friendly, courteous and competent.
1/10 for Telus. 10/10 for Arshdeep.

Having recently lost my phone I just visited this store to see if there was any possibility of moving my phone number over to another SIM. I received the best possible service from Prabh who was friendly, professional and so so efficient. Prabh made what could have been a very stressful experience completely effortless not only did she transfer my number over she upgraded my plan to one which better suits my needs much better.

TELUS & Koodo this woman is an absolute credit to your team and I am endlessly grateful for the exceptional service I received today.

Arshdeep was so helpful getting a screen protector and a new case for my phone! I’m not even a Telus customer and their service was above and beyond. She cleaned my phone and installed the screen protector and put my phone in its new case. Staff were in a great mood which contributed to the customer service. They were happy to help!

I must say its a remarkable service I visited to telus for my plan deal and some other service prabh offered me great deal and explained me many thing which was helpful. Like the way help customer and great with smile thanks to the both of the girls.

So every time i go in there, i am shocked at how little they can actually do.they can't take payments, despite phone rep manager assuring me they should be able too. They cannot order me a galaxy smart watch.they just "can't" lol They can't do any kind of price match on new activation.you must call and get a rep there to do for you.ok.so I was about to leave.the rep was great, kind, courteous, helpful.then manager comes out, parm, and just starts mansplaining with excuses as to why it is this way. I say to him, sorry, I disagree. He says, no I explained to you and it makes sense. I say no, it doesn't make sense to me lol he gets upset and talks over me and insults me multiple times. I am a telus customer, I don't need a mansplainer telling me he is right. He has his opinion, i have mine.but try and mansplain that to the parms of this world and you will waste your life! Other employee, you were great thank you.
