Great service! They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but went ahead and offered to order it and ensure I was getting a better deal on my current plan.

I now always use this store as my go to telus store. The staff always go above and beyond for me. I always feel like they truly did their best to accommodate me and what I was needing from them.

Kate is great to work with! Delivery of their insurance was quick and easy, and she made their needs completely understood. Tom Harris in Sidney has been my go-to place for cell phones, so I thought they might have a selection of anti-glare film I could use on the old GPS I'd installed o my ebike. Unfortunately they don't carry any anti-glare film - only scratch-resistant covers. I'll still visit them for cell phone stuff, though.

While the people working there are great, the cost of the esim cards is $20, where as you can get an esim for $10 online

It was a quick visit. I had phoned earlier to see if they had wifi boosters. I went in and Melanesia got right away. I was in and out in under 5 mins.

He greeted me loud enough for my 72 year old ears to hear. Very pleasant. Hoot most of what I wanted done.

No lineup and friendly staff rep laced my iPhone glass screen in under 10 min while I went next door.

Yesterday we bought a new phone with accessories and were helped by CJ and Mel. They were so patient and answered all our questions and didn't make us feel stupid! Today we were back with more questions for Brittany and had the same experience. Fast, efficient, patient. I highly recommend this team at the Sidney Tom Harris Store.

I just want to give a shout out to Brittany Terepocki. I went to the Sidney location to purchase a silicone case for my phone, but there was a line up and two people were getting very attentive customer service from the two agents. I decided to leave and come back later. When I returned, the line up had dissipated and I was able to see Brittany. After all that, the case that I wanted was no longer available through Telus. Brittany took the time to research where I could get one. Without her help, I would never have found this particular case for my phone on my own. Thank you Brittany.

They were very welcoming and listened to my issues I had with a telus tech over the phone. She was very upfront with any and all of the costs and had everything completed timely and very efficiently!

Super helpful people. My issues were sorted out in no time plus I watched the staff engage with other people who were even more techno illiterate than me. Everyone was treated with patience, respect and had their problems solved.

I went in to see what I would need to swap an elderly family member’s phone over to my family plan with telus. I was told incomplete information so the following visit, when I had everything prepared -that the staff member said I would need- and was told there would be issues porting the number over because I didn’t have all necessary information. Staff acted as if this process is easy, common knowledge. I am paying a $60 customer care fee and all that was provided to me was incorrect information and poor service. Awful experience. Won’t be back.

Hands down, the best knowledge & customer service in a very quickly changing industry! It may well be a Telus shop, but it feels like a small, home town place. Nothing but good things to say about the store & staff!

I have been into Tom Harris a number of times to upgrade my phone, buy accessories and ask some general questions about my phone plan. Every time I’ve received the same outstanding service. If I’ve had to wait, the friendly staff always acknowledge me when entering the store. Melany, CJ and Brittany make a great team, 5 stars!

CJ was fantastic he was very good at helping me transfer my phone information from old phone to new. He also put a guaranteed screen saver on for me as supplied me with all the accessories that I needed. I enjoyed our conversations during this time. I would like to thank CJ for such excellent customer service.

I’m out of country and needed an esim. I called and then sent my 80 year old mom in to pick up what I needed. Not only did she get good service in the store but I was sent an email with pics of the esim and the instructions on how to set it up direct from CJ. Awesome customer service.

The most rude manager I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Not sure how such a sad sour person made it to be a manager. Brittany is the best! She worked to find a solution to my unique situation and make sure I was able to leave with a new account and phone. This level of customer service is rare in today’s world and so appreciated.

The store has great Covid precautions in place to keep everyone safe - electronic check in / cleaning between customers / social distancing.

Spent time today upgrading two of our phones. Used their COVID online queuing system, worked great. Fantastic service, got a better plan, less expensive with better plan benefits, found phones that were the perfect match for our two family members. Can't say enough about the great service I always get here, have been going to this store for over a decade and am always so happy with the results. They understand customer service!

We have been using Tom Harris Cellular for nearly 20 years and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Great helpful place. I went in today with a billing issue of my own making and gave the very patient women some wrong info and yet she just smiled and fixed everything for me. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience, bless her. I felt sorry for the people waiting but let's face it if you're at the store you need help. They tell me they have a QR reservation system coming shortly. Highly recommend these guys.

The staff here are doing their very best and always go above and beyond to help. I think some people in Sidney need to chill out a little on these staff

1.5 hour wait outside the store. Only one customer was served in that time. Not once did staff come to the door and explain what was going on. You could see staff laughing and talking but nothing seems to have gotten done.

Really good care from Brittany July 25th. Friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. With only two customers in the store at a time, this Tom Harris feels safe and comfortable, and if you make an appointment, you avoid the wait outside. All in all, a very good experience, thank you

The staff were awesome in keeping covid-19 precautions before anything. Only allowing 2 people in at a time.

The wait outside was long if people were getting new contracts. There was a line up of people waiting to get in. That being said, they handled it well with constant communication when they could give it to us.

The store was clean and staff were very friendly.

My top choice of a Tom Harris store hands down

Hackers tried 70 times, to enter my iphone & ipad. Yes I was shocked (i counted each one as I deleted them) GEEEZ the one night I get 8 hours sleep.
I got to TOM HARRIS in sidney as soon as I could. TEAM " Chanel Amanda Alex Brittany'''were all over it for/with me. As a senior who tries to be tech savy I was clearly in the deep end! BUT my TEAM CAAB was patient, calmly clearly explained (more than once) what they were doing &what I should do. As a person who is profoundly deaf to have someone who looks at you smiles & speaks clearly is awesome! However all four is unheard of. I never told them about my hearing issues. If you fab four are reading this. I think you are wonderful & a credit to your employer & your generation. My Generaration appreciates & needs people like you!

Alex was so helpful and patient! It was by far the best telus experience we've ever had. He helped us sort out all of our various questions and assisted us with our family phone plan with a great amount of patience and friendliness! Thank you Alex, we will definitely be back next time we need help with our phones!

Every employee in this store was super helpful with my frustrsting Telus experience.

Alex in particular was amazing. At one point he was handling two separate phone calls via headsets while assisting me with a corporate plan, and another client sitting at his desk.

There was nobody else to help him that afternoon and he was a one man show picking up the extra work no problem. Alex had only solutions to every issue we encountered and seemed to actually care about my experience.

I was very impressed with the service at this store from all employees, thank you!
