I am a longtime valued customer of telus-20+ yrs. And recently traded in my Samsung 8 for an s22. I am however so technical expert. Telus is told me to walk into your nearest store and they "will take care of you ". I went to this store, but was told by Tom Harris that he was closing in 5 min and couldn't help me. I am now sending back the phone and closing my account b/c I was treated likely a piece of dirt on the ground. Do not use this telus outlet unless you want to be treated like a.piece of dirt also

I have been dealing at Harris Cellular for the past 10 years the service and staff continued to have the justification for my loyalty. I would continue highly recommend Harris Cellular and commend them for the excellent quality of after-sales service.

Chantel is the best! Her knowledge and customer service is incredible. My husband and I are visiting from the lower 48 and needed extra help with setting up cell service. It involved 3-way calls with U. S.providers to coordinate connectivity. It sounded impossible to me but Chantel was intrepid and not phased with untangling our issues. She is just awesome and so friendly. It was a joy to be her customer!
Harley was an unexpected pleasure to enjoy!

My old iPhone was nearly dead and I needed a new one right away. Gareth made the experience quite pleasant and he was very professional. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Great experience as I really needed help to change my service to Telus as I wanted to keep my same number and the young gentleman was very patient and fixed everything right up for me. We even had a few laughs along the way waiting for things to change over.

I like going to this phone store because they seem to be more experienced. I feel the whole process of switching phones takes a lot less time by using people that know what they’re doing.

I was in the store today and bought a new iPhone and phone plan. The young lady that helped me was called Taylor and she was SO helpful and patient with getting all my information ported over to my new phone and making sure it was all set up and ready for me. Highly recommend!

Taylor was great! She was knowledgeable, quick and efficient and super helpful! Such a great experience.

Taylor took the time to go through all the options with us and let us know everything every step of the way. It was a very easy and pleasant experience switching over to our new phones and new plans!

I didn’t catch the blonde lady’s name that helped me but she was awesome, patient and very kind, she made sure my phone got fixed after a different Telus store lied and said my warranty was expired (when it wasn’t) I highly recommend! She even stayed after store hours To assist me and and was determined to give me the best and fastest service possible

This store didn't seem very willing to help me. When I mentioned that I had an issue that had now been ongoing for two years, the manager kept trying to refer me to a different agent that she said was amazing and could fix or do anything, but it definitely seemed like she didn't have confidence in either her staff or herself. I didn't really want to be pushed to have someone else help me when I had made an effort to come into their store.

The manager implied that all of my issues were because I hadn't dealt with this one agent specifically, but shouldn't all Tom Harris/Telus staff be able to help? The store manager became very rude and stated that my issues must be because I hadn't used that one agent. I guess that must mean that the rest of her staff are incapable. She wouldn't actually let me explain and if I tried she told me that if I'd let her get a word in edge-wise, I must be mistaken in my dealings. My issue has been that I was charged for services as per their contract and promised that they would be credited to my account, but it took two years and constant complaints to receive that credit.

I went to Telus in the mall and had no difficulties getting what I needed, and the people were very nice and knowledgeable, however, we'll see if I get the promised credits. That wouldn't be the staff's fault. I don't like Tom Harris/Telus' format of charging, then crediting. If I didn't dislike Bell more for double charging on their bills, I'd move all my services.

Good service here today as I upgraded my cell phone. Very professional and made sure everything was clean.

Madison was extremely helpful, answered questions excellently, and was very kind to my partner and me as I was getting a new phone plan.

Also! It was done quite quickly, which helped immensely as we were on a time limit.

Stopped by for a new phone and found that you had the model I have been looking for. Sat down and had the phone registered and plan updated. Easy peezie. Second phone and contract for me at this location and I'll be back again!

I recently purchased a phone. Madison was dealing with me, she was rushing, my phone wasn’t set up properly. I found her to be extremely RUDE. I can’t believe she manages the store. My opinion she should be fired. I will no longer do business there!

I met with Annelle and had a great experience moving over to Telus. She was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations.

I met with Ryan who was very friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed as he helped me look for a cell phone plan and then went through the entire setup. Now that is service!

Exceptional Experience at Tom Harris with Taylor. I was a bit anxious to switch over as I had horrible service with my current provider and had to buy my existing contract out. Taylor was very knowledgeable.respectful and professional. We had some issues with printing the mine and transferring my information from phone to phone. Taylor went above and beyond to support and rectify the issues that came up. I plan to switch my daughter over soon and will be sure to come back and see Taylor. Thanks for the excellent service!

I get a little cranky/anxious whenever I have to deal with phone companies, but Katie made the experience easy and fun. The store's atmosphere is lighthearted and friendly, and I found myself relaxing right away. Katie was super knowledgeable and patient as she talked me through the set-up process and made it seem as though she was carrying most of the weight. The time passed quickly and enjoyably, and I left with an affordable, awesome new plan and a phone with which I am completely enamoured!

I will definitely be back for any future phone needs. I hope Katie can help me again, but judging by the smiles and friendly attitudes of all the employees I saw, I know I'll be in safe hands regardless.

Was NOT looking forward to upgrading to a new phone, yet Kiera made the entire experience as painless as possible, was pleasant, funny, extremely professional and set up two new phones for us, including accessories, with all our data transferred complete from our old phones. Went there on a Sunday, hoping to get my new phone set up on a new sim card. Was charged 20$ for the sim, and the person behind the counter would not install for me. I did all the work, and when it was installed she would not set the phone up. I had to call in because of misinformation about the mytelus app. Very dissapointed with my experience here, will not be returning.

I've always liked this location, not just because it's convenient but also for the service, knowledgeable staff, shorter waits and the cozy, personal feel of the small shop.
Katie got my wife's iPhoneX unjammed and working and put a new glass protection screen on my Huawei. (without air bubbles like I got at the big mall location after waiting 20 minutes). She was very friendly and helpful and filled me in on the P30 which will probably be my next phone. I will be back. Katie Rocks!

I have been with Telus for many years. Until I visited Tom Harris cellular, I didnt know that I was entitled to a discount through my work. I worked with Raisa and Kelsey. They Inquired about my corporation, how I use my phone, and my history with Telus. They were able to find me a plan that accommodates my needs far better than my previous plan, while also including a deal on the new phone that I was after. Long story short l am incredibly impressed with the service I received. Without the attention to detail and genuine care for my needs as a customer, I would have probably switched carriers. Kyle went above and beyond the call of duty…. He got a new cell setup for me……. We were there for a few hours, having issues with passwords on my husbands devices as well as my old cell phone……. On a scale of 10 out of 10, he is at 10, he was conscientious, courteous, took time for us not rushing, answered questions and went above and beyond the call…. All the staff at that office are tremendous, I don’t go to any other Telus outlet……. We get such great one on one service there I don’t need to go any further…….

Went to replace my old phone, the associate was excellent, she cancelled my old contract and set up a new one in a very short time. She transferred my information from my old phone to my new one quicky. Very pleased with the service!

Knowledgeable and friendly.helpful.they didnt call me the next day to hook up my Wi-Fi for my house, like they said they would.maybe they forgot.

Katie made everything i breeze! Told her what I had in mind and in seconds she had options for me that made sense for me. Had me in and out with a new phone at a smoking deal!

I had bought a phone & needed to set it up so since I already deal with Telus I went to the store - Katie Fuller helped me out right away — tried to set it up but was having trouble so told me how to go on line & sold me a SIM card to activate — long story short I couldn’t figure it out - keep asking for things I didn’t have so back to the store & this time Katie wasn’t available but Kyle was & what a friendly, kind & very helpful salesperson & helped me so I could use my phone — both made my visit to this store a pleasant time & they got my phone to work which means the world — can’t thank them enough & that helps me stay a Telus customer thx
