We were getting 2 phones and another added to our plan and we had our 1 year old twins with us. It wasn't a quick process but Robert was fast and knowledgeable. We left with no tears from anyone, all smiles

I needed a new phone, with the usual complicated combo of good and bad reasons and expensive decisions. Robert H helped me Day 1 by providing essential info, James M got me sorted the Day 2. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I needed assistance with a Koodo plan. I have hearing impairment and using the phone is a problem. I paid for the convenience of face-to-face.

Helpful and friendly staff! Having had a rather awful series of unfortunate events in the last few weeks which included having my phone damaged beyond repair, Robby at the Telus store was positive, upbeat, and informative and made the process of getting a new phone quick and easy.

Sam is knowledgeable & got me set up quickly. He's friendly & I would give that guy a raise!

Kaleigh and Samual happily stayed late with us after closing so they could work out some phone plans for me! Customer service here is A1! Had a good conversation, and they even assisted us in getting us a better deal on our Home package! Absolutely recommending this location to all of my friends:)

I went to the Koodoo shop to buy a new SIM card to replace one that got lost. Of the four agents in the shop, Kaleigh was the one who first greeted me and asked how she could help. Once I explained my situation, she answered my question and then quickly proceeded to sell me a new card.
Kaleigh was friendly and efficient and made my visit to the store most pleasurable. I also got one of her business cards so I can call her with any future questions I may have.

Once they knew what I needed to have done they were very quick and helpful. My whole transaction only took a few minutes and I was on my way.

Was top notch customer service I received from both lady's in getting a new phone. Very professional and they made everything known about the phone and plan.

It was nice to get a new IPhone after I dropped mine in the snow bank, and then couldn’t find it, it was 5 years old, thankful for the replacement.

My experience at Tom Harris Telus was absolutely excellent. I have been with Telus for many years when it comes to cell phones and I’ve never had any issues and I’ve always liked the service I’ve got, therefore continuing to stay with telus. Kevin @Tom Harris Telus in Courtenay is a big asset to your company and has great customer service and takes his time so we understand everything about our device.

Kevin was knowledgeable for only being with the company for 5 months. He was helpful in phone options but perhaps in future there should be effort put into reviewing plan options

I went in for some tech support with my iPhone and Kevin was very helpful land assisted me in resolving the issue I had.

My phone died unexpectedly taking with it the memories of my pooch companion needless to say I was devistated, I found the csr kind and helpful.

Walked in, described what I had and what I needed, left an hour later with a perfect product totally repopulated with photos, address book and all the apps I use! Thanks so much Sandee, and Tom Harris! Aha! The Oxford comma strikes again.

One word describes the support and help I received from everyone in the Courtenay office. Excellent! Due to circumstances beyond my control I arrived to finish the paperwork and pick up the new phone at 5: 10 p.m. Sandee was very professional, remained calm and is definitely one of those folks who looks for solutions as opposed to problems.

The staff at this location are always helpful and efficient. Melissa ordered my new iphone and I was alerted within hours of it coming in. I was able to pass off my information to have her set everything up and have it ready to go for me to pick up. It took no time at all to sign the paperwork, pay and have my new phone in hand. We just purchased a brand new iPhone from this location and we had excellent service from Tammy. She was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell she has been in the business for some time. She transferred all our info from my old phone to the new one and my hubby received my old phone lol and she transferred all the info from his old one to my old one. Highly recommend going to this location and ask for Tammy she is the best even tho the other staff members made us feel very comfortable during this Covid time. Thanks again!

Sydney and Clint at Tom Harris Telus cellular, TV and Internet know customer service! I had issues with my phone and they not only answered my questions but took the time to fix and more Importantly educate me on how to deal with the issue in the future. Some people would take your money and fix it and say goodbye. These guys are so much more than that!

If you're looking for Telus service in the Comox Valley you should definitely visit the Tom Harris outlet. After having a very frustrating experience at another Telus store, I walked into the Tom Harris outlet expecting more of the same. However, the service I received was nothing but fantastic. The staff at the Tom Harris store were helpful, attentive to my needs, and resolved the issues I was having in short order. I highly recommend that if you need Telus service in the Comox Valley you go to the folks at Tom Harris.
