We took my daughter’s saxophone to be repaired by Howard, their instrument technician. He fixed it quickly and is very knowledgeable.

Kurt and the other staff Treated myself and my Granddaughter with such kindness and respect. Kurt spent so much time explaining the basics of changing strings on a guitar that we brought in not even purchased at Tom Lees but spoke to us like we had. Also Kurt was full of tidbits of wisdom that he shared openly. Thank you Kurt and Tom Lee for providing us with such an amazing experience. We drove out from Abbotsford to Langley on a Sunday because they were open. Best decision of my day. I would highly recommend Tom

Tom Lee has excellent customer service especially in their repairs department. Howard and Jon are my go to repair technicians for my instruments and they recently went out of their way to make sure two of my instruments go repaired in a matter of hours while I happened to be in the area since I live out of town. Highly recommended!

Wonderful people to work with to find my dream Piano. Had given up finding a CSP and yet Colin was able to find 3 options for us. Very fast delivery and great followup. Could not be happier with our purchase and service.

Very good service. Fast to respond to phone call and Howard the repair guy was very kind and fixed my son's clarinet very fast.

I went in with an amp unsure of the issue and walked out 20 minutes later with the amp fixed and ready to rock. Andre, the manager personally spent the time to listen tome and made my experience so awesome. Thanks guys!

There was music blasting which is to be expected but also an employee playing a particularly loud piano over the music making it impossible to hear anything including the one employee who was trying to help us. We tried asking questions but we couldn't hear her and seemed like she didn't know much any way. It was a sonic nightmare and it's hard to feel good about our purchase not getting any real answers about the audio recorder we bought. Good thing they have a no returns policy around audio recorders because of COVID!

Edited: The manager and his team have made a disgruntled customer happy, thank you to the Tom Lee Langley team. Very excited to use my new gear.

10/10 recommend. Went in years ago to buy an electric guitar when another nearby store was unable to accommodate me as a lefty and never looked back. I soon realized that Tom Lee is where it’s at. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile.
