They left me alone in the "amp room" to test out a guitar. I only came in for a harmonica buy they were cool enough let me cuddle the guitar. It stayed in the shop.for now

I was phoning around trying to find tubes for my Marshall JCM 900. Most places wouldn't even take my contact info, or made it seem like it was pointless. Tom Lee's took my number and had the tubes I needed within a week. Maybe it was timing or just luck, but they got it done. Thank you for making it easy. That made my entire month!

Had been a pleasant customer of Tom Lee for the last 11 years; unfortunately not anymore, at least in Victoria. I leave out the majority of the staff; but a couple, including one from the management team, do need a Customer Service 101, so unfortunate.

Very disappointed. I went in excited to find a music store that had some of the books I wanted for flute. As a flute teacher just starting out, I naturally offered my services to them as a teacher, but when I told Rosa - the education coordinator - that flute was my only instrument, she laughed at me. I could not believe her crass response, so I returned my books and Tom Lee Music has lost my business for good.
