The staff was really nice there. Sami was awesome! He was really friendly and did a great job on my hair and shaving off my beard. I highly recommend him.

Our little guy (14 months) had his first buzz cut and our barber was amazing. He had all the tricks up his sleeve to keep our son calm. He was quick efficient and kept his age in mind at all times … and final results are so stinking cute!

The front desk agents could use some help in social and customer service interaction. Go to Chilliwack much better experience. The front desk agents who are Frontline don't even acknowledge when you walk in let alone know the people who walk in pay their salary. Too young to know.

This is my favorite location to deal with. The customer service is top notch and the staff is very friendly. Sammy is my go to guy. He is absolutely amazing. Best beard trim I have ever had every time I go see him. Hair cut is awesome. Full trust to do his thing and walk out of there feeling like a champ. Great works guys keep it up!

You need to provide testers if you want to sell your beard oil. How do you expect customers to make a purchase if they cannot smell the scent first?

Asked the lady 3 times if she new a certain hair style and was told yes no problem,
Wish she would of been truthful and said no as I might of well done it myself

Visiting for good part of last 6-7 years. Service has been absolutely going down the hill. Very inconsistent staffing and service. Sad and disappointed this location turn out this way.

Yesterday evening my husband took my son Deniz to Abbotsford Tomy Guns for a haircut. I don't know who cut my son's hair, nor did my husband look behind my son's hair after the cut. You should see the cut of my son's neck, I'm so sorry but it looks awful. It's both crooked and cut too high, whoever cut it. I was seriously shocked when I saw it. The same person has been cutting it for the last two times.but this was really very bad.

Mohammad is an absolutely fantastic barber. He was great at explaining what exactly he would recommend for my hair and beard types.

Sad to say I am a bit disappointed, the vibe is not there anymore. I give it a pass since the haircut itself was adequate but nothing special.

I do not know if the receptionist had a bad day or what but she wouldn't even look in my direction when talking to me and sounded pretty condescending. The energy was akin to an army clerk, and even they are typically more cheery.

I was in and out in 10 minutes, I probably could have gotten a better service at great clips. But at this point I am going to stick to local barbers.

I came to this chain b/c I expected higher quality service than cheaper chains but got something worse.

Friendly staff, and well stocked with soft drink fridge for the customers. Recommend go early or book on line

Guys! I love my haircut and beard trim from Mohammed. Its taken forever it seems to find a barber anywhere it seems to suggest and give a great beard trim, especially. I have a bit of a wirey wild beard, and it looks so much cleaner now. He’s passionate in what he does and is a positive guy. Everyone needs that kind of barber anyway.

Was very pleased with the work done by MoMo today, he turned me from bigfoot to a respectable gentleman in no time.i couldn’t be happier with his job well done

I had the amazing pleasure of getting a Haircut by Muhammad, he is amazing, it was the best haircut experience of my life. You can tell he loves what he does a does it with a passion. I have finally found my barber and won't be going anywhere else. Thanks MoMo, I'll be seeing you again

I went I today dreading to get a hair cut like most people do, but this time was different because I didn’t have to fake a smile on my way out! I had my best experience getting my hair cut by MoMo. He was my first male barber and I was blown away from his ability to stay focused and keep a conversation throughout the whole cut!

Expected a barber shop, got a salon. Left when nearest appointment was a 5 1/2 hr wait.

Clean though, staff were.not what I was expecting to see. A little too busy for my taste.

For second time in a row I've waited for over 30 min to get my *scheduled* hair cut.

Easy to book. They confirm the time. Stylist was great, knew what would look good and was friendly to chat with.

I just moved to the area and didn’t know where to go for a haircut. Needless to say after my one visit I was hooked. I always get a great cut, at a fair price.

Expensive! But the barbers are outstanding, very good at what they do, sign up online before going and you won’t be waiting on arrival and they give you a drink.

I got a hair cut yesterday (Jenny) was quick and professional. The front end customer service was rude.

My wife is a hairstylist so for her to say that I got a great cut is something to be said. Needless to say I’ve been going to Jenny-Lynn for over a year and my wife is still amazed.

I used to go here regularly. I felt they gave a consistently adequate cut and style. I wouldn’t consider it a good “value” cut, I’m sure you’ll get cheaper for a similar cut somewhere else. But I will say, the atmosphere and customer service was quite good which is why I kept coming back. Plus I appreciated the male
oriented selection of products both for beard and scalp. I could usually stumble across a product on sale too.
Until recently I would’ve given this establishment a 4/5.
Unfortunately, I recently made the mistake of treating myself to a straight razor shave.
The lady administering the shave told me how she enjoyed this part and how not many of girls there could do them. Apparently despite personal claims neither could she. She kept talking about how it’s “the closest shave”, apparently it’s so close you bleed from it. I had 3-4 spots of aggressive razor burn to the point of blood, then when she realized she couldn’t do a good job. She took out an electric shaver and quickly ran over the remaining areas. All the while still boasting that false sense of confidence.
Go for you hair, don’t let them touch your with a razor.

I checked in online, received a call from them confirming what time to come in only to show up and get told that I was never actually booked in their system! Further, the girl at the front desk didn’t seem to care at all. Poor customer service, unprofessional, disorganized.

Negative experience. Do not get your haircut by Jhen. I repeatedly told her to use 0 on my sides and low. She brought it up to my temples. I understood that couldn't be undone and I explained how I would like my haircut again.

To which she swore at me, and told me "Don't tell me how to do my job" (so I shouldn't tell her how I would like to have my hair done?), and lied to her manager stating I was disrespectful. All I said after the verbal harassment was, "Do not speak to me in that manner or in that tone. "

The manager, Anne, immediately antagonized me and sided with her employee despite me not saying a word. She said she did not want to hear, ''He said, she said'' and did not initially let me explain the occurrence once I sat down in her chair.

However Anne did correct my hair as much as she could, she let me speak on this instance afterwards, which was still negative and I felt she was arguing with me. I repeated just said, "Okay", because I did not want her to purposely give me a bad haircut by by arguing.

Due to company policy of ''customer satisfaction'' I was not charged. I did not appreciate the lying, disrespect, and antagonization but I did appreciate Anne's skills as a stylist. That's why I gave it 2/5 instead of 1/5.

I tipped her after the haircut since it was free and she seem to come around to understanding my point of view after the initial exchange. I do not want another person to go through the same experience and for that reason I am leaving this review.

Won't take bookings and will give you a condicending attitude when you ask. Then when you show up for a walk in it's an hour wait.

Went there for the first time, had my haircut done by Sam. She cut it exactly how I wanted. I could not find any problems, I knew she was experienced. Scalp massage was great as well. Overall very happy with experience, glad to see tommy guns has made it into abby. Worth the extra 7-10$. N

Kelly is my barber, she is AWSOME! Always with a smile, conversational, and she cuts my hair very well tell I always request Kelly when I come in.

Based on this visit I would not be back. Customer service was terrible. I had a picture which I tried to show the stylist which I felt was ignored. She didn’t say a word to me other than asking if this was ok and that was ok. She was not very friendly. She went to wash my hair and the neck support was disgusting and full of hair, I asked if she could wipe it first which seemed to irritate her. She then went on to continue cutting my hair before putting a towel over the dirty neck support and washing my hair. Felt very rushed…She styled my hair nothing like the picture I showed her. She didn’t ask what kind of product I like. If there was a 0 star I would give this visit a 0 star.

Always satisfied with the haircut but, Everytime I phone to put my name down the receptionist is way off on the wait time. I called she says it will be 10 or 20mins tops. So I show up in 10 mins and now I've been sitting and waiting for another 30mins.

From start to finish, everybody was extremely polite and helpful. The Covid safety protocols in place were also very good. I hadn't had my hair cut in over a year so I didn't know how I wanted it cut. The lady who cut my hair was helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. Great service, coming back next time I need a cut for sure.

I took my 4yr old to this place for the 1st time! I was blown away from the service that's offered & for the price! Recommended this place to my boyfriend and now he started going there too!

Kelly is awesome! She does a great cut, gives a mesmerizing head massage and is a fantastic conversationalist.

My son loves going to Tommy Gun's, everyone there is so nice and makes him feel comfortable:) It's not easy to tame Curly hair but this cut look great!

Well organized, you can see your name on the tv screen and can see how many minutes you have to wait. I walked in with my son and got in right away so I’m sure they have walk in space.

Good selection of services, hair cut was relaxing and the head massage was awesome. My son liked it because he got a sucker at the end.

Last time I went to get my haircut the hair stylist messed up my hair and did not take any accountability for her mess up! No discount for the haircut mistake even though I explained to her what I wanted! She seemed like she was in a hurry to get people through!

This time when I went this hair stylist took a lot of time to attention to detailed and cut my hair the way I wanted! I really appericte her detail to my hair cut! I would recommend her!

I love getting my hair done at tommy guns the barbers are always friendly and the prices are fair sure you can find cheaper cuts else wear but you get what you pay for I've always left happy and smiling
