As a long time customer at this location I would like to share my experience. Great place and well organized reception desk (BEA) with smile and polite conversation. All STAFF aways helpful and perfect. My hair stylist (MARIE) PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL AN PLEASANT WORK. Place is clean and offering wide range of hair and skin product and also free soft drinks for waiting clients. Worst ever experience had from them, PAT was my barber and she really did my hair baddddddd, i was regular customer for them, but not anymore, never gonna visit this place ever. They said Pat is most experienced but i highly doubt that. She gave me worst haircut ever i could have in life. And whomsoever reading this. Please don’t go to this place specially to PAT

I usually don't write a complaint but this lady at the front was crazy. Zero customer Service, I am coming at this location since 2013 and love it.using my same hair stylist since almost 2013 and all barbers are great. I have no issues with them they work great. But lady at customer at front is just crazy.she was literally start arguing with me because I said to book me in with Pat (barber) because I can't find in the app. And she said this was rude that I ask her to do that.then she gave me appointment for 3: 30. I reach at store 3: 29 and ask her to use washroom will be back in 2-3 mins.but by the time I came back she put someone else to the chair because I wasn't there.and then when I came back she said he was ahead of me then I asked her why you gave me appointment for 3: 30 if you were already booked.why you didn't let me know when I went washroom that take your time there is someone else before you.and why she Called me at 3L: 20 to ask if I am on my way.this is totally wrong she just wanted to give me hard time because I asked her to book for me. I don't like it what she has done to me. I was regular customer comes every 2 weeks from last 10 years. Sorry to say there are tons of Barber, I can go to anyone. Even I can go to Pat as I know her since 10 years. But you receptionist is crazy worst customer in my life. She was arguing with me. Not returning.

Been going here ever month since my son was about three for haircuts for him. Took him today. I got denied his free birthday haircut because he didn’t have ID. I had just found out about the birthday service and no one said anything about ID. I assumed it just goes on your file. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my phone at home as well so I had no record of his date of birth on me. It’s fine. I have taken my business elsewhere and so has my husband. I wasn’t going to wait over an hour at the mall after a refusal like that for a child.

Awesome. Really enjoyed the experience of having my hair and beard cut. The staff and the women who cut my hair and beard were awesome. Thank you.

Great service! Staff are lovely and everyone wants to get to know you. My first time visiting there, would definitely get another haircut there again!

Took my 15 month old in for his first hair cut the stylists was amazing and patient with his wiggling and took extra time to finish the small details

It was a disaster of an experience. Don’t remember the lady associate name who shaved my beard but ended up giving 9 cuts on face and neck. Wasn’t good at her job, her hand moved like a rookie when she was shaving.
Hell of an experience. It took her 40mins to shave my beard.

Never going back.

Asked for a low taper, she didn’t know how to and said she did.cut my hair too short.overall ok haircut.not great 5/10

We just left this location and I am beyond mortified for my 13 year old son

If I could give no stars I would

He just asked for the sides to be cleaned up (around the ears) and the back.

I feel sad for what he received since I had to even convince him to get his hair cut in the first place.

They didn’t brush the extra hair off, by his ears were choppy (I didn’t get a photo of that part), the back of his hair on his head curled up instead of straight cut and cleaned up
I’m just shocked the person who cut his hair was okay with this

I’ve been at Barber for 8 years I ask for a fade did charge me $34 I pay $40 plus the tip and she give me a very bad haircut. I never see if it looks like that.

I go here for my haircut everytime. 9 times out of 10 you will have an amazing experience, great haircut, scalp massage, and a hot towel sometimes on your face while they wash your hair which I love, or after your haircut. However, sometimes they'll rush you through really fast and barely do a scalp massage and won't give you a hot towel.

I always go to Tommy Gun's for my cuts. I love the place, getting a pop, a little TV and all the extra perks that come with the experience. I try to use the same person for the same cut. Last time, maybe there was a misunderstanding, but the top of my my head was shorter than I wished. First and only time a mistake was made, and nothing you can after the fact. I did get a really nice cut, even if short on top, and highly recommend Tommy Gun's. Well worth going, find your person and enjoy the experience. I will never go anywhere else.

Went to an appointment for a haircut, straight razor shave, and a shampoo treatment. Haircut and razor shave was subpar, they didn’t properly clean me up afterwards with a lot of spare hairs all over my face/neck, she had given me a couple cuts during the shave, it took over an hour and a half, and to top it all off the cost was $170 which is absolutely outrageous. I would’ve expected a much better/efficient haircut at even just half the price I was floored by that. Wont be recommending this to anyone.

Hair cut too short when I specifically said I'm growing out my hair and just wanted the dead ends "touched up" not cut off.

I have been doing my haircut at tommy gun’s for years but not at this location. When I came here I waited at the reception and that lady was rude and not welcoming when I asked for a hair cut. She was like what! I don’t get it. I told her I need a hair cut again and she asked me to wait and she was counting the tips they got. She sounded different to me and she welcomed others with a smile. A racist! I couldn’t find her name but her shift was on Oct 16,2021 around 12: 15 pm. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t visit this location again.

My first professional haircut after 18 months of cutting my own hair. Barber was amazing. She provided great service. I understand why there’s always a wait now. Will be a customer there from now on.

I was a little nervous going to get my haircut because another salon messed it up but Tommy Gun's gave impeccable service and they got the style I wanted to go for perfectly with just a basic description.best haircut I've had in a long time.thank you Tommy Gun's.

My barber ever since Tommy Guns opened in Guildford mall has always been Lucy! Its been 7 or 8 years and I keep going back to Tommy Guns because of Lucy!

The barber was great. She was polite and very sweet. I loved the head massage she gave while doing head wash. All the cleanliness measures were in place and overall it was a great experience.

It was ok. The lady that cut my son's hair was good but she didn't listen to what I wanted at all. Needless to say my son's hair is way too short now. I do like how they wash your hair right at the chair station. Price is really good for kids 11 and under. I'll give it a shot again, but definitely with another stylist.

My first stay here was phenomenal. The staff are super nice and you really get your money's worth when you purchase a haircut here. You get your cut, and a free head wash with a complimentary sample of some conditioner aswel. I'm not too much of a talker during haircuts but the women cutting mine was super nice and dragged it out of me. I left a good tip from my first stay. If you or your child needs a haircut I would highly reccomend Tommy Guns. They are covid safe aswel right now and have been from the start.
