Athy has been cutting my hair since his first day at tommy guns. Cant say enough good things about him professional service all around. Excellent recommendations on products for my hair and beard needs. Always cleans me up with expert fading skills, I always highly recommend to all my friends. Nobody does it better than Athy!

I've always had a good experience with Tommy guns, HOWEVER, today I had an experience that was the absolute best I've ever had, bar none.

Ruel provided the service, and went well above and beyond. His attention to detail, service oriented mannerism, enthusiasm and clear passion for his work, made it feel more like a spa treatment than "just a haircut"

I will always go out of my way to visit a Tommy guns for my haircuts, and today reinforces that.

Grace is amazing always done a fantastic job cutting my sons hair. He loves getting his hair done from her and is always happy with it. Grace takes the time to listen to what he wants done:)

I let them know I had anxiety about being there because I've had the same barber for 19 years. I explained exactly how I'd like my hair cut. I had to try and explain it several times throughout the haircut but she didn't listen to what I was saying. She ended up putting so much gel in my hair I had to go and wash it out. When I did I realized how bad she had messed up my hair. It was uneven everywhere. I had to drive back to the westside to a barbershop so they could fix it. They said they couldn't believe they even let me leave looking like that. The owner or manager call me back and offered me a free haircut. I obviously declined. Will never come back and will always warn others from now on. Bad experience all around.

The staff is friendly and do a great job cutting my hair. My son with ASD also enjoys coming to get his hair cut here as the TVs in the mirrors keep him entertained

Tried to call and book an appointment, and whomever answered was rude, and hung up before answering my questions. Not professional at all, super unimpressed.
