Great staff friendly and positive, I only get my hair cut by Donna she is not only person that has cut my hair but only one in vernon shop she takes her time does quality work is very friendly and sweet not to mention very beautiful keeps me coming back

I had a very positive experience here with my 22 month old son. The barber who cut his hair actually took the time to engage with him before getting him in the chair. Little details like getting me to put the cape on him and giving him a juice box and high-five at the end made all the difference.

Front desk staff were great but totally let down by everything else. Multiple barbers sitting at the front desk on their phones. When asked to cut my hair there was an awkward dispute among them about who should attend to me. On a previous visit, the front desk staff had to actively search for a barber. These instances reflect a lack of professionalism and left me thoroughly disappointed with the overall service.

I have been Getting my haircut with lovely for a few years now and need every one too know how amazing she is she’s all heart when cutting my hair

My son was so happy with his barber, Marie. She is so gentle and did his hair exactly how he wanted it. She even styled it differently which he really loved. Thanks Marie! My son & I think you are the best!

Always a great experience at Tommy Guns. They are my go-to. Great cut, great stylists and love the beverage at the end. Nice clean environment as well.

First time visit. Will be back next month and refer anyone else who asks. This is the only place in Vernon that's open on a Sunday worth going to. Had a cut and shave. One of the best I've had in a long time. Thank you

Heart is the best hair stylist/barber! She asked all of the right questions to my son to make sure he was comfortable and totally happy with his hair cut. He even let her wash his hair, which he has never let anyone do before! Thank you Heart

Horrible place for a haircut went in showed a picture of what I wanted and she totally messed it up now my hair looks terrible. It’s also way to expensive for getting a cut from bad barbers who don’t know what there doing never going there again

I came in for a skin fade the lady that did my hair had little to no experience, I still got charged 45 dollars place is a rip off get your staff trained, if you want a fade do not choose this place, most expensive place in town and quality lacks

Absolutely better than another place I was going prior to Tommy guns. The lady was far more kind and they have tvs just like the other place. Price was in my opinion cheap whe you account for the service I recieved. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be a regular now.

The business is clean and bright, the staff are friendly, the haircuts are well done and there is a great variety of grooming products to choose from.

Why even bother showing a photo of what you want, if the fool can't even follow a simple pixie cut! This is twice i have walked out of there so angry, I was ready to make a scene. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever again!

Rena hairstylist is amazing, she did my hair. She knows what she's doing. She is very friendly and nice. The salon is clean and kid friendly they got tablet so kids won't get bored while waiting. While kids having their hair cut they have TV on the mirror to watch on. You also get a drink treat after your visit.

Would recommend not along wait

My normal barbershop was hit with a power outage and I wanted a haircut before going back to work. Was booked and in the chair within 30 mins and Randi did a great job! Was nervous about not going with my normal barber but Randi nailed it and I’m super happy with how it looks. Thanks so much!

Over-rated and undertrained staff
Buddy’s hands were shaking giving me a terrible fade (just fade for sides and beard) for 56$ wohooo!

Terrible cut, stylist spilt dye on my brand new $80 shirt and was offered $20 for compensation after 2 calls and a return visit. Very unprofessional will not be returning, been a costumer for the past 8 years.

Firstly, the 1 star review is not indicative of the staff or services provided; they are as a general rule very friendly and my usual stylist is top notch. However, the on-line check-in system is ablsolute trash. The app they recommend using is beyond useless and 4 out of 5 times when I've tried to check in, it doesn't register at all. I have had this happen multiple times and it is very frustrating when one is trying to plan around an appointment that may or may not be valid. The wait times listed with said check in system are almost never correct as well. Whatever happened to a simple phone call appointment booking? Fix your system please Tommy Guns.

Gelo did a great job with my 18 month old. He doesn’t like his haircut at all. The other barbers were trying to help calm him down. Near the end he definitely calmed down and let Gelo work his magic. They were all sooo patient with us and we never felt rushed.
