Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Haircut and beard trim looked fine, but it was rushed. Barber was almost downright violent with the clippers, my scalp still hurts. It's a shame I have had great experiences with Tommy gun in Grand Prairie so I know what it should be. But this is just not it. I won't be back.

If I could give a 0 I would. Been seeing barbers for years as I always rock super short hair. Wanted a little mullet cut and was turned away on the basis on gender and pretty much nothing else? “They will be too nervous to do it. ” Seems unqualified to cut anyone’s hair then but ok. Went to Chatters and got exactly what I wanted (same owner). Weird experience, cheers for that.

I was looking for a stylish fade cut (for women) and was more than satisfied with the outcome by Maricel, she was able to do what I was looking for with a photo reference and I will be coming back!

Can't remember the name of the male worker who did my hair but he was rushing and completely messed up my hair. Ended up very unsatisfied.

Extremely rushed and not very thorough. Won't be returning here especially considering they charge a premium price for a sloppy job. Staff were friendly though and the appointment time was honored so it's not the worst I just wish they would take a bit more time and make sure the customer is getting what they pay for.

Hair did look good but I didn’t like that she rushed it. And I asked for a skin fade and it was not what I asked for.

I have been having the Best Haircut at Tommy Guns since the past few months from Tara! She is a great Hair stylist and cuts with precision. Will come back here everytime as Its been a great experience.

I would not recommend them to anyone. The price you pay does not match the quality. Took off more of my beard than I wanted. My neck wasn't smooth, but full of cuts and razor burn. Charged for a full haircut when they didn't touch most of my hair. I left regretting going there.

The waiting time was a minute, I sat down and stated what I’d like for a cut. It was done and was a good job. I have rather long hair and the barber trimmed it. Only thing I miss is the drink, I use to get a complimentary drink. Not in my last few visits, and I did tip the barbers.

They didn't do what I had asked for.

Unfortunately the two barbers didn't understand or speak enough english to communicate properly.

They used terms that meant the opposite of what they were trying to convey.

Also not a safe place to take a child that is under the age of 3 as they don't have child safe/friendly seating.

Definitely not returning here again. It had already been 4 years since the last bad experience.

If you only get Sunday off. And they are the only place open. I would wait for something else.

They got me in early and where super fast and got a great haircut will definitely be back.

I enjoy having Merissa as my hair stylist. I appreciate her friendly manner and attention to detail. I am a happy return customer.

This location is not up to the standards of Tommy Guns. Not professional at all. The person, who cut my hair was too anxious to cut. I showed a the picture of the haircut I want, she messed up my feed. So I came to know, not all tommy guns aren’t good.
