Super impressed! Not only did they do a great job on my haircut, but went above and beyond to in service including a wash, which previous places didn’t do for me. Highly recommended!

The quality of the services here is unmatched. From Ray the amazingly friendly manager who works the from desk to the multiple barbers I have seen, Tommy Guns is the best haircut I've had.probably in my life. I'm fairly particular about my hair and not only is every cut I've had "on point" but they go above and beyond. From washing my hair, straight razoring, my neckline to the hot towel and neck massage I literally could not ask for more. Definitely a lifetime customer for now on.

My 7 year old son and I go for our Boys day haircuts here and they are great. I have lost a lot of my hair so I just go in for head shaves. I had missed the barber experience but they give me the full works with hair wash, scalp massage and hot towel. I really appreciate the attention to detail.

I'm getting old, like to get ears and eyebrows done which as well as a straight razor on the neck. Would move to a 4-5 if that was an option.

Booked a last minute appointment with them, I got a hair cut and a beard trim. He took his time doing my fade and I’ve never looked better! A little bit pricey but overall super satisfied with the outcome! 10/10

Awesome haircut, super impressed with the skill shown by my stylist (not sure what her name is but she is Asian). Quick, friendly, and damn good. A little pricey, cost over $60 for myself and my 6 year old son, but worth it. Definitely will be back.

One of the best barbershops in Victoria hands down. Amazing talented barbers working here. Their shaves are spot on. And value for services rendered.

Honestly, the young lady who cut my hair (Manielyn) gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Great conversation, awesome head massage and amazing shoulder/back massage.

The absolute worst beard trim / shave I have ever had! Each side was completely crooked, and different from the other side. I asked them to fix it, and the lady fixing it couldn't believe how poor of a job was done, and really couldn't do much with it as it was so botched. Very disappointing, I won't be back!

The stylist did a sun hair tattoo and braid and she added colour to the tattoo. It was better than what we were expecting.

Amazing shave and cut. I lived in Europe for six years and this is the closest you will get to a Turkish shave. Amazing experience!

Legit it looks as if ive got crinkle cut fries on the back of my head i asked for a fade not some some uneven hair on the back of my head they didnt even do the sides right worst $40 ive ever spent i could have done a better cut myself and ive never cut hair

What a dispointment.

Used to go all the time. Last time for me today. Went for a post covid /pre wedding cut. 1 hour wait was really 2hrs.

Asked for a high and tight with a. 5. Got a crew cut with a blend. They didnt even bother to snip the top. 2" flyaways all over the place.

Asked for the breard trimmed straight across, side burns cut. Got an angled cut beard and sideburns still there. Repeated my desires. Fell on def ears.

Basically I got rushed through and was given the cut the stylist wanted rather than what I asked for.

I tired to clarrify twice. I was so fruatrated I just agreed and paid and left the building.

Just went to another place and had it done as asked.
For 1/2 price.in 15 mins.

Not much I can do about the beard.but it will grow back I suppose. Just not in time for a wedding.

Twice now I have booked online. Twice now they have no record. I show up when they tell me. And both times they say we don't have you on are list. Really disappointing. Needs to change.

Went here for a solid year, the stylist was great, so thats were the star come in. Their booking system however is terrible, the app has failed me 3 times now. The third time, it registered my morning booking but upon time to show up. I received a call telling me it over booked. I was advised to call after making a booking with the app? Very dis-organized system.

Ok there are some really good barbers here but the low rating is due to their app and site on line. It needs a major revamping. 3 times I tried to book and appointment and it didn't register. Also previous times I waited out the door before and got put on the waiting list because someone booked from home. First come, first serve is what is says right? It is not fair for someone to be waiting out front and someone gets to hold their spot by booking on the app from across the city

I've had some great haircuts here. For convenience I sometimes go to my local barber in Sooke and always regret it. Can sometimes be a bit of a hassle with the check in system, and no appointments, but it normally works out.

Nice people. A little pricey for the haircuts, but usually worth it.

The online reservation/same day booking rules are not intuitive. Website is also not super intuitive. Mitigated by just going in person.

Always love this place, their hot beard trim is more like going to the spa! Hot towels, moisturizer, etc.never leave disappointed!

I love Tommy Gun's, I have visted most locations across Canada due to work and they are always great! Great staff, great barbers, and whole doesnt love a good Hot Shave!

Made an appointment over 30 minutes before coming from downtown Victoria. When you make an appointment online, it doesn’t tell you any wait time, or queue length. Get there to find out I have to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes. Therefore the total wait time was 3 hours and 15 minutes. It might be time to hire more staff or at least share wait times online to ones making a reservation in order for them not to have to come and find out themselves.
Not mad at all, just personally won’t be going again and would recommend management work that issue out with their website/app.

No time to constantly wait 2.5 to 3 hours for a haircut.
Cant make appointment in advance (only same day bookings) but if you arrive for open at 10 you will discover that the doors open at 930 so walk ins can book appointment right away. But hair stylists can log into the system a book others prior to the walk-ins if they choose.
To much work for to try and get a haircut will recommend all my friends and acquaintances to a different place. Shame as there are some talented barbers here.

This is my "go to" hair cut location. Everyone is friendly and professional. I always get a good haircut.

After going here and getting great cuts. My hairdresser has left. I booked an appointment online and showed up for my appointment when I was the next in line. Three hairdressers took clients ahead of me. When the fourth hairdresser was told to take me she said well I guess I don't have a choice at which point I walked out. Not a great customer experience.

I’ve been going to Tommy Guns for a year now, I actually look forward to my appointment, every stylist gives you consistent service, they listen to what I want, and I always love the result. Fun, but chilled and professional environment, can’t recommend them enough. I’ve had multiple stylist cut my hair but it’s always the result I want, awesome team. 5 stars no doubt.awesome products too.

Called at 5: 30 and said they were booked for the night. Hard to believe when it closes at 9pm. I have been in here getting a hair cut and witnessed the lady at the front tell walk ins they are “booked for the night” because she wanted to go home early. To bad because I really don’t want to go anywhere else, and don’t have time during the day.

Helen is an amazing stylist and always super friendly! My son and I both go there and always have a great experience! Highly recommended!

The lady that did my sons hair was great, and awsome with my son.
I did not appreciate being called to come in 25 minutes before my son's appointment because he was going to be getting in early then having to wait 30 minutes before he got in.if I new that was going to be the case I wouldn't have come in until the time it said we were supposed to be there.

Michelle is awesome. I have had many stylists over the years, and she is the only one that nails it every time. That is why I always request her and will not have my hair cut by anyone else.

I like the atmosphere and the customer service. I'm a fan. Sarah T is very good. I certainly recommend.

Everything went smooth! Receptionist phoned ahead to remind me of appointment. Helen is amazing in her skills! I could not find anybody in this city that knew how to cut my hair. I travel to the WestShore because Helen knows what she is doing! 5 out of 5 stars!

Im not sure why I keep going back but the last two haircuts I got there needed to be fixed by another salon. It seems that they only know how to cut hair certain styles

Excellent service, friendly staff, exceptional management (you rock Helen!) Have been coming to this location for over a year on a very regular basis and am more than satisfied with the service. Very highly recommended - always a great cut.

Wasn't that impressed. Barber not talkative, and really just copied his own style. Will try again, but definitely not as good as the ones back in Calgary.

Longest 5 minutes I’ve ever had. Went in - signed in, and the time came up as 2.5 hour wait. I asked to cancel. Receptionist said not to worry, for my son they could get him in right away. Great. Time on the board changed to 18 minutes. Perfect - we had just enough time. Counted down, and went to 5 min. After 15 minutes of ‘5 minutes’ it went to ‘now’ and we waited 5-10 more minutes. After a total of 45 minutes of waiting, our appointment was ready, and we had to leave, as we only had 20 minutes left before we had to leave.

Don’t string people along with fake times. Complete waste of time, which is far more important to me than whatever the cut would cost. I have very little time off, and that’s time I would very much like back.
