We brought our son in for his first ever haircut, and it was an awesome experience! The hairdresser was patient and very skilled with a moving toddler. We were given a juice box at the end and my son’s hair looks amazing! 11/10 experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a haircut. We look forward to the next visit!

Great service and love when they scalp massage with the shampoo, staff are fantastic friendly, helpful and i always get a great haircut.

Been a customer for nearly ten years. Has always been a busy place to get into but today pushed me away. Checked in online, arrived for my appointment 16 min prior. When I walked in and looked at the board the time till my appointment said 1hr23min. Went to complete another task check time on app and it changed again to 1hr48min. Then when walking back to the store appointment disappeared on the app. Went to speak to the receptionist and was told there is nothing they can do and I will have to wait another 2 hours before I can be seen.
This used to be a good business but if this is they way things are now I will be going elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Hannah. She truly has a gift for her craft.

Great place to get your haircut. Seems like it's always busy, but the staff here are always friendly and polite. Can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience here. The prices are a bit in the high side which is the only con I would give it.

Great place to get a cut the ladys there are awesome get to sit and enjoy the view while having your hair cut specially with the one that cut my hair I don't even have to tell her what I want she know she dose a very excellent job but I did noticed yesterday when I got my hair cut that the sign for the hair cut was changed I noticed that in the hair you get a hot towel but isn't that for when you have a shave why would it be in a haircut.

We have had a hard time in the past with people not knowing how to work with kids! Marie was friendly, welcoming and amazing with the baby. She knew exactly how to desensitize him so that she could use all the tools and let him play with things to distract him. It was such an amazing experience and he looked so handsome after his perfect cut! Highly reccomend this hairdresser for boys ️

This was my first time going to a barber and I don’t think I will ever go to a hairstylist again! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! My barber, Momo, was very nice, easy to talk to, and cut my hair both in a reasonable time and perfectly! And when they were done I got a soda. They also recommended hair products, walked me through how they did my hair, and answered all the questions I had. 10/10 am absolutely going again!

Time and time again I've got alright cuts and beards trims, then one day I come in and get this genuine no bs individual. After showing him how I like my beard trimmed few minutes later PERFECTION! I will say Mohammed is now my barber, the man is a blessing. Won't let another touch my beard.

I watched the local Tommy guns employess get tossed out of major leagues by bouncers in chilliwack for pushing some people…they really do never grow up stumbling and slurring words acting like they did nothing wrong.they were such a drunken mess of a group I felt embarrassed for them…

Very busy place and I can see why…they do great haircuts for men and boys. Sadly no female service. They are always friendly quick and efficient and keep the kiddos calm making for a pleasant experience

I made an appointment & I showed up five minutes early and checked in and I was told it would only be a couple minutes. As my appointment was for 9 o’clock in the morning when they first opened there were a few customers that were waiting as well. At 9 o’clock the girls starting seating clients. I waited a couple minutes before asking the attendant behind the counter how long it would be before I was able to be seated and she told me that someone had cut in front of me and I now had to wait. I asked how I could be missed while having an appointment and was told that I could wait or come back later, neither was a viable option as I had a meeting at 9: 30am which is why I had made an appointment for 9: 00am. The owner was sitting nearby and overheard and instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, he only asked if I was able to come back later. Perhaps if an apology was extended or an invitation for a free cut to make up for the mistake was offered I might of considered going back, but instead I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Yes, it's true - the service you get here IS variable. At first I didn't mind paying more for their friendly service - in fact I felt welcomed, but twice in a row since then I’ve felt almost unwelcome. The last two times, the stylist rushed through my cut without attention to gentleness, and more recently forgot the hot towel (which was disappointing). I hadn’t been rude or anything. It left me wondering.
Small things, but the service is what initially made me return to this place. Respectfully I’ll be going elsewhere.

I rate my barbershops out of 10 haircuts. Rarely do you get 10 perfect cuts cause no one is perfect. If I get 7 good cuts out of 10 im usually happy. BUT im currently at 9 perfect haircuts out of 10 so im rating that a 5 star experience.

First time being there it was awesome and the price seemed high but the hair wash and scalp massage was worth every penny

Today my boyfriend came home with a haircut and oh boy is it something else.he asked for a fade and instead, got a defined line halfway up his head that isn't even a straight cut. It's pretty bad when I (who has no experience with hair) has to fix a "professional" job. Pic will be posted for reference. He says the lady didn't show him the back of his head and now we know why

My son had long, scraggly hair and he walked out looking SO HANDSOME! He didn't give the stylist a lot of help as far as type of cut he wanted. I made a few suggestions and walked away hoping for the best. Well, even my son walked out saying " who is that guy? ! " It was so great. Really impressed. We will be back. As far as reserving a spot goes, we booked online and my son got in exactly when they said. The shop is clean, organized and friendly. Two thumbs up.

I stopped in for a quick hair cut and was greeted immediately. I didn’t have to wait and the decor was pretty cool! The lady that cut my hair (also a very talented tattoo artist) gave me an amazing haircut! My wife loves it! I will back…thank you!

My boyfriend got a hair cut the other day omg not a hair cut a butcher job. Asian lady there does not know how to cut or do nothing go back to school omg it's ruined will take 3 months to grow thanks alot lady. I will be going to every web site and paper to tell Chilliwack do not go there ever

I am always greeted and seated pretty quickly. Zero complaints. The staff are very attentive and get the job done. Highly recommend.

This place and the three girls were amazing. The front end girl was very outgoing but yet very professional made me and my 4 year old very comfortable. Jasmin did a amazing job on my boy. Katelyn I hope I spelt her name right, was very professional and our conversation flowed while she cut my hair. I would highly recommend this location!

Priscilla was amazing with my son! He gets sensory overload when getting a haircut and it’s always a struggle taking him to a barber shop. My son left with a full hair cut, a smile on his face and no tears! We will forsure be going back and thank you tommy guns for making my son feel normal. Always a good cut and additional service like hair wash, scalp massage, hot towel, TV, drink. I’ve been to boutique barbers that do good work for a higher price without the extras. Been going for years and doesn’t matter what barber, they’re consistent and sell good quality products

Very happy with the haircut they did for my two year old son. The lady was friendly, did a good job and was quick. This was great for us since getting a two year old to sit for a haircut is challenging so doing it quickly while making it look great is terrific.
Have already recommended them to a friend and would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality haircut at an affordable price.

Loved it took my boys there for thier 1st hair cuts one got a mullet the other got a mowhawk the girls were great! Love this place will be taking kids and boyfriend here often

I don’t know who gives training at this barbershop. I came in for a haircut hoping I could get a mid fade, with a little off the top. She ended up cutting more then i have ever had cut and messed up bad. I recommend people spend their money elsewhere as this barbershop is a gimmick and not worthy of your hair.

I'm not one to complain, but today was horrible! The lady asking what I wanted for my son seemed short and annoyed, 10 minutes later he was done and it looks butchered. Didn't even shampoo, but yet I was still charged the full service, I should have said something but I do not like causing a scene, very disappointed and annoyed with this. More so upset for my son, he doesn't like the cut at all. I'm not going to go again.

Normally don't write bad reviews. Especially during a pandemic. What an absolutely terrible customer service experience. I have never wanted to stop a haircut in progress before. I left that place like I was on Fire! I wouldn't write this unless it was necessary. Dodge this place like a bullet.

No offense to all the other great stylists but no one touches my hair but Talea! She's the absolute best. Not only is she highly skilled at what she does but she is very personable as well making for a great experience all around.

Very unimpressed, showed up 30 minutes after opening on a Sunday and walked inside to only 1 family in the waiting area. I was told it was a 45 minute wait with a list of names on the screen of people who were not even there and that they would not be able to see my 4 year old any sooner. Very poor system and poor service for parents with kids.

Safe and friendly service, it was my 1st time and the stylist did a great job communicating how best to get the results I wanted.

Every 3-4 weeks i take my autistic son to get his hair cut and Jaimee is amazing with him! She knows exactly how he likes his hair cut! She works with his sensory needs and he leaves happy every-time! The front staff go above and beyond to make sure when my son walks in the door he feels comfortable and welcomed!

They are always great. It was super crazy busy yesterday with back-to-school cuts but all the girls were still friendly and the owner is always there and hands on which is nice to see. Shelly Dan is the only one my 13 year old son will let touch his hair lol. And of course complimentary drinks, tv's and arcade game is a total bonus with the kids

Funny how this place paints itself as on old school barber when it's all fat middle aged Moms working here. Worst haircut for the most money ever. Do not get cut here it is literally not worth it.

This is the only place I’ll go! Super friendly and awesome environment. Recently I’ve been request Kate who does a phenomenal job! She remembers what I like, does an amazing job, makes great conversation and is always super friendly and upbeat! Awesome location!

Haircut was just a giant mess, had to go to another barber just to get my cut fixed, staff don’t really seem trained in how to cut hair. Definitely not worth the 35$ they charge for a cut.

If you want a good quality haircut, check out the 4 wall mounted TVs and the iPad bar while you wait: P

Got my hair cut last weekend and had a very mediocre experience. I know what I want, exactly what I want. I brought in photos and a simple explanation. What I wound up with was the sides shaves so short that my scalp shows through (instant fail) but what's done is done so I let her finish the cut. There is now a hard line on the side of my head where the hair just ends abruptly. My style is not a 2015 type combover, but that's what she decided I wanted and that's what I got. For 30 bucks, I'd rather take my business to someone who actually listens to what I want. I have had very consistently good experiences with Tommy Guns in the past and this chain has become a form favourite. I am sorry to leave a poor review, but I am not happy with the service. Neither is my partner, who was thoroughly dismayed by how wrong my hair was.

It's nice to have a barber shop geared directly to boys/men. They know what they are doing, as their skill sets are taylored to working on men's hair, and it shows. No nonsense, no snobbery, no price gouging, no making an appointment 3 weeks in advance, no sitting in a chair for an hour getting a cut. 15 minutes, and you're out the door, looking fresh and not feeling stressed or ripped off. If you are male, and need a hair cut, most likely you will be happy with choosing these guys.

Just went for my first haircut and it was awesome, friendly staff. Especially the front desk. Hair stylist was great. Recommend jaimie she was awesome. Great job guys.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I could tell that the staff were really happy which tells me 2 things. 1. They really like the work environment and 2. They boss treats them really well.

Signed my hubby in online. Went straight to the shop and they said 20 mins. He got to the top of the client list (30 mins later) on the TV and they called 4 people infront of him. He got up and asked and the girl said "oh I didnt see you! " Why have that system and not use it? Poor service! 2 is generous!

Had an appt, got in on time.sat there for a over half hour.waiting.ended up just leaving and going somewhere else and had it done right away.need a better scheduling or something.poor customer service.not going back!
