Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

First time at Tommy Gun’s as I’m new to Tsawwassen. It was an excellent experience and Rosalie did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and I will definitely be back!

Got a skin fade haircut by Saurav, did an amazing job he is really passionate and friendly guy. Realising good with the shears work too.

Booking ahead does not work. You think you have a ballpark time, leave home, drive there and discover it doesn't actually work. You are not in the system, it turns out. This has happened twice. Once I thought it was my fault, second time not so much. Turns out this happens a lot. Pretty frustrating when it is later in the day and they don't now have time to take you. What a waste of time. Nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience. Time for a new barber.

This was my barbers since they opened 5 years ago. My last 2 visits were horrible. The barbers I got must of been students, they had no experience and butchered my hair. Sad to see Tommy Guns high quality go downhill. Expressed my experience to their customer service team and was told someone would follow up. Its been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. So much for customer loyalty, hope they can find their form again as they used to be very good.

Nel is a great barber. Check out her talent. She very personable as well. Way to go Nel. You’re a champ.

Rose gave my two young boys an amazing haircut! It was our first visit to Tommy Guns and we will definitely be back - next time, with my husband too! They were very kid friendly and welcoming. A great environment with friendly staff. Thank you Rose.

Took my 4 year old grandson for the 8th time and every time always pleased with the service and cut they do he gets excited to go now to get a hair cut they are just so awesome

Stood waiting for.someone to acknowledge that I was in the store for 10 minutes and left horrible service and very expensive

The entire customer experience was excellent! After having the same stylist for 20 years, he up and left for New York. I have tried 3 other stylist before giving Tommy Gun a try. Eli cut my hair. He was attentive to my preferences and quite frankly was a consummate professional. Great cut and great experience. Bravo!

Best haircut you’ll get, hands down. My barber was funny and warm. Best scalp massage probably ever. The haircut was exactly what I asked for and turned out better than I’d hoped lol

A great haircut at a reasonable price. Ask for Rosalie. She is extremely skilled and does a great haircut every time.

If you have African American hair then I wouldn't suggest that you visit this place. You will be disappointed! I took my son there and I had to take him back when he came home it was a disaster. Worse cut I've ever seen it was as if the person who did it was blindfolded! Save yourself the drama

Nice setup. Definately geared to the Hipster crowd. Haircut and service were worth returning for. Only challenge is the booking system. Lack of ability to reserve a time is a drawback imho. Wide variety of hair products on sale as well. Certainly worth trying out.

Was pretty good, they were very busy so seemed a bit rushed, but I already have super short hair so was literally a 19 min in and out cut. Good service but again a bit rushed due to it being so busy, maybe find a quieter time to go.

This was my first time using Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop. A huge thanks to the young lady that served me she went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Used the check in service on the website, showed up and got in right away. Rose cut my hair and did an amazing job and her scalp massages are the best!

Eli was fantastic! The first barber/stylist to actually listen to what my 8 year old wanted. Such a cute and stylish cut. Much appreciated:)

This was my first time at tommy guns. I really enjoyed my time with charlotte. She did a fabulous job with the straight razor. Definitely will be back

Great hair cut, no issues. Went above and beyond with a nice wash and massage as well, greatly appreciated. Very reasonable price, was able to tip more directly because of it. Will definitely be going back

My Guy ELI from the tsawwassen location did my lil guy a HUGE SOLID. My son loved his cut and made him look like a lil man for sure. Eli even gave hair product recommendation that we will surely try! Getting ready for a wedding. I'm soo glad to meet him. Thanks soo much Eli. We coming back for sure!

Great haircut everytime. Staff is great and it's tough to have a favorite when everyone's so friendly and great at what they do.

Uneven lengths and not what I asked for. I had to repeat requests and constantly explain what I wanted.

My hairdresser was beautiful in every way. Excellent at cutting hair. Quite fastidious, as she obviously took pride in her work. Extremely personable, with a fantastic sense of humour. I will definitely be going back for future cuts.

Nothing against their service.
BUT -
STRONGLY recommended NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from this store. They do have 14 days return policy. But since they are located extremely far, by the time you are able to return, you would be out of return window.
Do not buy anything from this or any other Tommy Gun's store if you ever have slightest intention that you may have to return the product for any reason. They are all individually owned and operated stores. They do not take back items bought from another Tommy Gun's store.

Not organized and the approach is not systematic. It is a nice place though since there is a plaxe to hang out while waiting but hopefully the management will see this through and correct the mistake thay may the customers

Messed up my brothers haircut really bad the sides are un even, the side burns messed up.
Would never recommend to anyone not worth the price. They should not even be called a barbershop

Their online booking service is really convenient and efficient. It's fairly easy to use and it stores your account for future use. Great prices and the quality is outstanding. I went to Charlotte and she was phenomenal. My hair was exactly what I wanted and she even showed me how to style it in a few different ways. Highly recommended!

I got my hair cut here about 6 months ago.
The girl who cut my hair did a great job and gave me an amazing scalp massage. I'll be getting my hair cut there again for sure.

Absolutely loved getting my hair cut here, was super nice and enjoyable experience and hair cut was close to what I asked for.

Great environment, stylists are intune with clients desires. I travel far just to go here and get my picky needs met when it comes to my haircut

Absolutely love getting my haircut here! Been coming to this location for a little over two years and can't say enough about the staff. Nel has been my go to person. She is friendly and does an amazing job.

Nel did a great job supper friendly and did a great cut.
They are doing an amazing job with COVID rules as well.
Looking forward to going back.

Just had to get a major cut for a medical procedure so had Nel cut it and prep the area she did an amazing job to hid the prep area Thank You.

I had a great haircut my last visit. You know it looks great when people compliment you on it. The girl who cut it was new and very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also ask a colleague to check her work and I really appreciated that. Thanks Tommy Gun's will be back for the next haircut.

Went with my son on the way to catch my ferry. Usually go to the Philipino lady barbers, but heard lots of coughing in the shop. Concerning and unsafe! Left immediately.

My son did NOT want to get rid of his COVID hair but finally convinced him when we walked by Tommy Gun's for the first time. Great experience and he ended up loving his haircut.

This hairdresser is overpriced for what you receive. I paid roughly $40 for an OK haircut and a shampoo. Definitely not worth the money as I felt I needed a haircut to fix the one I just paid $40 for, 2 weeks later. Aside from the negatives though the staff was friendly and the establishment looked very nice and presentable. Quite modern as well.

Been coming to the Tsawwassen location for a few months since moving to this city. I'm glad to have found a reliable barber experience first try. I must say Charlotte is phenomenal, efficient, and fun to chat with. 5 stars from me!

A great barbershop experience.
Hair wash, hot towels a great shave and a beard trim. All while relaxing with a soda and watching the game. I look and feel great!

Kids were offered juice boxes while they waited along with iPad Games. The haircut was ok and pricing was same as other kids haircut places.

I have been a satisfied customer here since the location opened. It can be very long wait times on weekends but ya worth the wait for the great staff and service! Vanessa and Eli are my go to Barbers and have never disappointed. I highly recommend both of them if you like to enjoy good conversation and are as fussy about your hair as me!

Took my son in for a haircut told the lady exactly what I wanted even showed her a picture. She ended up doing such a terrible job! I'm sure she had no experience from the way she was cutting his hair. Definitely won't be coming back!

Horrible place! Rude staff right from entering. Brought my 1 year old for a haircut, they wouldn't let him sit on my lap, the guy that was going to cut his hair threw on a drape and told my child not to cry in a horribly mean and unfriendly way.what do you think that will accomplish? ! Of course he started to cry if you cant even crack a smile! The guy literally just walked away! Left without a haircut. Would never recommend or step foot in this place again.

It's what's included in the price that makes this a great place. Hearing the price threw me off at the start but the kids needed haircuts. We enjoyed a beverage while on the tablet. Kids got their hair washed and cut. They loved their haircuts and got lollipops and juice boxes after. All included with the price of a haircut. Definitely liked that deal.

Any stylist we have had to cut our children's hair have been professional, friendly and talented. The queue system can sometimes be inaccurate but not so much that we have ever waited too long beyond the quoted time. Nice environment, lots of products and overall a efficient full service barber salon.

They have been cutting the hair for my 4 year old for 3 years and they are really great with kids.

Terrible place to bring your kids. Grumpy scary big guy didn't even pretend to crack a smile. Also over-priced for what it is!
