Good service, but the front desk should have been more clear about charges. I especially called to check the price first and they charged me double after the service saying that it took longer than expected. I mean if you guys stretch it to longer times it shouldn’t be the customers fault! $50 for just a hair wash! Ridiculous.

Ladies name started with an N, and this was by far the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Awful fade, didn’t listen to my instructions and ruined my long hair I’ve been growing for over 8 months by chopping half of it off. Never returning

Fast and satisfactory service they provide. You can check in the last moment and use the wait time to shop around the mall. They also provide candy, juice or pop to provide you at the end of hair cut which I find very considerate.

Wonderful experience getting haircuts for my three very young kids. All three barbers listened to my requests and I was happy with the final results. One of the best barber shops I've been in. They are very kind and they give good haircuts. They also give you a free beverage in case your thirsty. I got the a buzz cutt with a fade and it was beautiful. Good job Tommy Gun's barber shop.

Overall good service, but I don’t trust any Tommy guns to do any detailed tapers/fades on me anymore as they work too fast and choppy.
Always Looks decent when I get it done but once i got home and clean up, i begin to see all the imperfections and it’s very infuriating.
40 dollars is already overpriced, and they don’t do a good job finishing the cut.
If you want a professional taper/fade with hair tattoos and such, Go to a real standalone barbershop, you’re better off paying 40 dollars somewhere else.

Aimee restored my faith in tommy guns to do straight razor and not miss spots. I have been to two other locations before and they both didn’t do a good job, but Aimee at the willowbrook mall location did a phenomenal job and I will be going back but I’m only going if she is the one to straight razor me.

Went in there for the first time. Got a beard trim. Great job. Convenient if you don't want to do your own. Getting an appointment is easy.

I followed her from the Guildford store to the Langley Store, because with her, it's easy, just show up and she knows what to do with my hair. Recently moved out to Langley and was looking for a good hair salon. Tommy Gun’s is probably one of the best places I’ve been. Harriet gave me a good cut and was super friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. And 100% will be a returning customer.

Busy and crowded, but really great service for haircut of a 2 year old. Little one enjoyed the experience and I was impressed with how professional and efficient they were in keeping my little one happy and giving him a really good haircut. The only downside was the 15 minute wait even when we arrived on time for our appointment.

It is indeed my son's favorite barber. For the last 2 consecutive haircut schedule, my Son loved how Rey did his haircut and the line in his hair perfectly. The next one was Tirso who made my son smiling while he does his haircut. He does talk to the client and thats awesome! My son says, the barber was making him laugh!

Titso did an awesome job of cutting my hair to the style i like with very little instruction.the whole experience was outstanding and i'm definitely going back!

Most of the staff here knows what they are doing except for one who snapped his own finger by accident cutting my son's hair. Maria is good.

Recently the staff here have been quite cold towards me, the check-in staff on the Saturday I went were more interested in talking to other staff members and joking around than customer service. I didn't get the name of the Barbour I saw but he did not listen to me on what I wanted, when I asked him to go shorter he refused. Don't recommend coming to this location whatsoever

I was never one for fancy haircuts but man they make you feel like a million bucks Ron cut a styled my hair all from a photo the guy is a wizard with a pair of snips, give him a raise.

My hairdresser, Harriet was excellent. Took the time to ensure she did a great job. The attention to detail around the ears and sideburns was great. Highly recommend her.

Overall experience was pretty good. A little bit on the pricier range but it was overall a good experience. JR was very professional, had a positive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.

Tommy guns was the place to go but not anymore, seems like everyone got “ laid off” and replaced. Won’t be returning as the environment and talent is no longer there. Just not at all what it used to be.

Only reason I didn't give it a five is the location I go to in Langley is almost always packed.

I was tommy guns location in Langley to get my hair cut. I was next on the list and I was sent upstairs to wait for the person who was going to be cutting my hair to come up for me. I sat there for twenty minutes and nothing happened, so I came back downstairs to ask what was going on and I was told that the person who was supposed to come up for me took somebody else and I would just have to wait for the next available person. I had somewhere to be somewhat soon and didn’t have any more time to waste sitting there so I left. This was a bad experience and I’m very unhappy about it. My last handful of haircuts there too haven’t been that great, something you would expect from great clips. I’ve had some good experiences here before but it’s been a long time now since I have.

Didn’t give me the haircut I wanted, I asked for a low fade and even showed her a picture of what I wanted, and my fade turned out to be way higher then I expected and it’s completely un even. What a waste of 35$

I've never actually been to this Barbershop (which is probably for the best), but I called to inquire about having my 1 year olds hair cut. I was told by a very rude receptionist that they only will do it if he can sit alone.no other information was provided. (do you have booster seats, do they have buckles to secure him etc.), after asking these questions myself I was given one word responses, with a final you should try great clips. It's unfortunate because even if I couldn't take my 1 year old there now, I would defiantly think about it for the future, but not with this customer service.

Been going to Tommy Gun's for a long time. Today it look like they had all new staff and my haircut was horrible. Will not be going back

A little bit too expensive for one and my 14 yr old had a cut, when I arrived to pick him up I was extremely disappointed and had to have another stylist cut it again.the second cut was much better. But if they're going to charge prices like this get it right the first time

Great place, but took my son there and they had an R rated video Game totally inappropriate for a family place. Management doesn't seam to care.
UPDATE: They called and said it couldn't happen, even though lots of people saw it. Said they would comp the next Hair cut for my son - Never happened

Way too expensive. Cut was mediocre at best and my cut is super straightforward. Not offered a drink like they claim. Scalp massage? If you could even call it that. Was $50+ for myself and my 2 yr old. Not even close to worth it.

This place is great for kids. They all seem to know what they’re doing. It’s a little on the pricey side but I like knowing what I’m getting and the hours are good.

So Unprofessional. Booked a cut with a specific stylist and upon arrival was told they "weren't in today" despite having been booked in with them an hour earlier? My son got a cut from a different stylist and lo-n-behold who was working at the next station.the stylist we booked with an hour earlier.avoid this monkey poop fight.
