Extremely bad experience, customer representative was very rude and very unhelpful in nature. I love the clothes and i am being tommy’s customer from past many years. But this time it was very unsatisfactory.

I shop everyweek and spend 100. The ladys who is European Russian and fitting room asian lady
. When I tried out some outfit and she asked me are you gonna buy? I was so shocked.and left immediately. She has attitude absolutely horrible.i used to go this location but i am gonna switch to Metrotown. Such a dissapointment

I love shopping at this Tommy outlet. The staff's are all very friendly. I always find awesome deals. Overall I would recommend this store to everyone.

Very rude staff, following you around if you are visiting with kids. Very disrespectful people.

Nice store, nice variety, nicely organized, warm and welcoming staff. It has been more than 1 year since I have been visiting this store, and have never returned without making an addition to my wardrobe. They deserve this review.

Worst customer service. Asian lady at the store, who called herself manager was the most rude and racist person there. She told us to not enter the store because it was closing in 6 minutes.
After reading everyone’s reviews here, I don’t think even Tommy Hilfiger as a company is doing anything to improve customer service at this location.

When I pay my bill, I found the price was not as same as their price tag then asking the cashier. She consulted their manager. Finally, the manager just let me pay the higher price which was not shown at their price tag. It's not the Canadian general practice so I gave up to take that product. The manager even hadn't apologized for their mistake. Bad service!
