Literally the worst insurance company, under staff rude and unprofessional

I can’t say enough, i’ve been bouncing around trying to find a good broker for years; the team at Tony Lau’s south Granville location are amazing. Super helpful, informative and let me know about all the discounts that I’m approved for when no broker did before. I more than recommend this place as they treat you like you’re family. I’ve recommended my friends and family here and will continue to keep doing so!

The staff here are particularly helpful and welcoming for a neighborhood. I have renewed several times at this location. Will come back for other services.

I came in to renew the insurance and registration of my imported Toyota Prius from Japan. Kelly was concise and to the point in informing me of what the coverage options were. The rate came in higher than I expected but for a delivery vehicle rating (uber eats and Skip the dishes) this is necessary and Kelly was clear in explaining to me the pros and cons of not having adequate coverage while on shift.
