Thank you Tooka Florist for the most beautiful sympathy arrangement and your very kind driver and talented staff and for making sure I received them.

Don’t recommend this place at all, as she don’t know any thing about costumer service and very unprofessional!

Love shopping at Tooka. I’m from Ottawa and love sending flowers to my daughter. The website is very user friendly, the service right on cue and the bouquet true to photo from website. Great Florist!

Thank you, Tooka. The flowers were exceptional. Beautiful quality and arrangement. My only issue was with the card that I purchased from Tooka to accompany the flowers.
Firstly, the card was pre-printed with the words "Here's to you! " which were then superimposed by our personalized words on a sticker affixed on top of the preprinted words. Unfortunately, the pre-printed words were easily readable. Not the most professional look, considering I paid $7 extra for the card. I recommend investing in blank cards.
Secondly, the address of the recipient was affixed right on top of the envelop holding the card. In effect, the first thing you would see looking at the bouquet was the recipient's address in bold print, instead of perhaps just the recipient's name or better yet a blank envelop. I would suggest using a separate small card or piece of paper for the address.
Thirdly, I think the card and the envelop were entirely too large for the bouquet (I ordered the largest bouquet they offered). The card still covered a good part of the flowers.
And lastly, the color of the envelop (bright teal) clashed completely with the bouquet itself which was made up mostly of white flowers with gold accents (the Royal bouquet).
All-in-all, the flowers were very beautiful and nicely arranged. I hope my feedback helps Tooka improve the accompanying card.

I order a floral arrangement in a real pumpkin for my daughters birthday on September 30th! The flowers were beautiful. My daughter started noticing a rotting smell on October 4th but didn’t find the source till the evening of October 6th. What she found was disgusting. The inside of the pumpkin was full of black fuzzy mold. I sent an email with the pictures and also called. They told me that they spray the inside of the pumpkin with a preservative. No mention of a liner until I mentioned that it should of had a plastic liner. They said the flowers stems should of been wrap in plastic. They weren’t wrapped in plastic. They called back and said it was too late to do anything but she would check with the owner and call back. I called back as I never heard from her. She said that she would send an email at the end of the day as she was too busy. When they final sent an email and said that they definitely put a liner and sprayed a preservative inside the pumpkin. They sent me a copy of their policies about refund and basically have 48h to complain and you will only get a store credit. Bottom line.they were not going to do anything for me. Not even an apology. They definitely did not put a liner in the pumpkin and sprayed the inside. They also said that I shouldn’t expect a arrangement in a pumpkin to last very long at room temperature. Funny thing is my daughter keeps her house at 19 degrees. She also has air conditioning. Actually it warmer outside than in her house. I guess she was suppose to keep in her refrigerator. Anyway it DEFINITELY did not have a liner. They can say what they want about putting a liner in it but the pictures speak for themselves. So buyer BEWARE. They are not interested in customer satisfaction obviously. So it is what it is! I believe they needed the $115.00 I paid for the arrangement more than I did! They need to take that particular arrangement off their website or send directions to PLEASE REFRIDERATE! Lol! I definitely will never order anything from them ever nor will any of my family, friends or acquaintances. So enjoy the $115.00. Hope you think it was worth it.

My sister and I lost our Mum and were looking for a florist who could make us a posy. We found Tooka Florist to be our saving grace. They were empathetic, supportive and made us this amazing post we collected the next day. It was beautiful, roses and English flowers and wrapped with much love and care.
We would highly recommend this family florist because they really have the customer at heart.

I ordered corsage and boutonniere for my prom from this place. They didn’t have anything as such to place an order online and I had to call. A little bit overpriced but good. They were really on time as well.

I have now purchased two plants and a very expensive flower bouquet from this business over two years. The second plant was a potted money tree. I have a money tree at my office which is thriving, I know how to care for them. When I got it home my husband couldn't believe I had spent almost $100 with tax on a $20 plant, particularly since it didn't even look very healthy. The leaves weren't that green and two of the trunks were withering and dead. I tried my best for a few months, but it never got any healthier, and then I realized it didn't even have a hole in the bottom from which to breathe. So I brought the plant in on Saturday, hoping for some help. I was met with attitude and unfriendliness. I didn't want to return it, some things that would have made me happy were an exchange of pots to one with a hole, or a new money tree, or even just help repotting it. All I got was defiance. I left extremely upset. I walked across the street, bought an $8 pot with a hole and some dirt, and repotted it myself. I threw out the pot that didn't have any drainage. I have no idea how it's going to do, hopefully it gets better now. I will never be recommending this business again. It's really unfortunate the staff couldn't have made a small effort to help me out with my dissatisfaction with this overpriced product.

My husband ordered me a "Summer in Paradise" bouquet for our 10th wedding anniversary. The bouquet is STUNNING with lots of orchids anhd birds of paradise. Lovely variety of flowers in the bouquet and arranged very nicely.

The customer service was wonderful and Lindi, who my husband was dealing with, was very responsive and kind. Thank you for the gorgeous flowers!

This place has given me absolute terrible service. I put in an order for mothers day, assuming what I ordered for over $300 would be correct, and only to find out all the products I was told would be in one of the baskets wasn't. They refuse to listen to me, and are telling me I was wrong that everything I asked for was delivered correctly. They say the customer isn't always right. I called back multiple times and they just hung up. And refused to give me back a refund. They said once it's delivered it'd out of there hands there is nothing they can do! I recommend never shopping at this place I would give them 0 stars if I could! This place should be shut down! Especially when there are other businesses who would be glad to be open during a pandemic and actually give good service!

The Tools website was easy to use for ordering and offered a good variety of floral arrangements at different price points. My order was a gift and the recipient was very pleased. Thank you.

My wife and I called Lindi as they opened up shop on a Saturday morning with a last minute request to purchase a custom wedding arrangement. Lindi came to the rescue and had a custom arrangement ready to go in an hour and a half, with everything and more of what we had hoped for. Couldn't have been happier. Beautiful work!

I phoned around Vancouver and North Vancouver for a florist to make a birthday arrangement for my pal. Before finding this place, I was told in stuffy, unimpressed tones that it wasn't doable ("we only do romantic Victorian colours, pastels, nothing weird") Upon calling Tooka Florist, however, I spoke with the most wonderful human. When I loosely described what I wanted, she chirped, "no problem! " She took my prompt of "Halloween in January, but make it Dali" and SLAYED it. Professional, but not pretentious. Charming and creative. Just how this industry should be. I am so impressed with the service I received that even though I live in a different province I'll be ordering flowers for all my Vancouver area friends from here forevermore. My friend was ecstatic and you made her 30th birthday stuck in Covid isolation just a little bit brighter. Thanks Tooka & friends for making it weird!

I ordered online from Alberta for my Mother-n-laws Birthday. The process was easy, beautiful photos of arrangements on the website to choose from. The website was super easy and the flowers looked were beautiful and looked exactly like the picture which you don't usually get when you call those 1-800 numbers. The shop even was super accommodating when I asked to change the delivery date. Glad I shopped local especially during this time!

Yesterday I went to purchase a special bouquet as a gift after the closing on a home sale. The designer took a display from the floor and made it even more spectacular by adding flowers and greenery. I just gave her two vases and told her about the color theme and she made the most beautiful arrangement I could think of, using the most beautiful flowers of the season. It is great to know there is a place where you can go, knowing that they care and they are great at what they do.
