I was not impressed with Dr. Mathew (male Dr). My son is 6 and does fine at cleanings but did not enjoy having the nose piece on for the laughing gas and it was his first time. He said it "hurt" the response from the dentist was "it does not hurt, don't say it hurts when I know it doesn't". My son said it felt really cold in his nose. He was upset and I attempted to help him calm down and the dentist says to me "whats his problem mom" and I could tell he was annoyed. We decided to stop and I would be referred elsewhere and my son claimed "I tried mom" the dentist responded with "you didn't even try (laughed) dont say you tried when you didn't". There is no way a dentist would say those things to an adult when they are strugging during an appointment where something new is being experienced so in what world does a PEDIATRIC dentist speak to a child like that who is scared. You go to a pediatric "specialist" so that your child is treated with extra patience, extra kindess and the understanding that this is all new to them. I gave two stars because apparently his wife is wonderful, his staff I found kind, helpful and great with the children. My advice would be to request Dr. Natalie if you go and you expect your child to be anxious or possibly upset over this new experience.

If you want to feel patronized. Toothzone is the place for you.
First of all, I agree with the other reviews that this dentist overcharges and insists on additional procedures that are not necessary. My daughter went in for a regular cleaning and they suggested she take another X-ray (she had one done the last time and they saw a cavity starting to form and wanted to be sure it hadn't progressed). Ok. She went in willingly but after the hygienist tried to put the thing you bite down on in her mouth, she was extremely scared and upset and said "it hurts". I proceeded to get shamed and blamed as if it was my fault my daughter didn't want to do the X-ray. "Is there something going on at home? Did something happen? She had perfect X-rays before and now she won't even do it". Look at the picture from before; that's a perfect X-ray. It seems strange that she would go from one extreme to the other". First of all, I am a completely loving and caring mother and I AM APAULED that they tried to make my daughter's reluctance my fault. Anyways, they suggested we book a second appointment and give her laughing gas to help ease her anxiety. That hardly seems like a better option. Not to mention, both I and my husband work full time so it is hard to find time off to take them to the dentist during the day; let alone something last minute. So I asked them if it was okay if I asked my daughter if she would want to try again. She said she wasn't ready today. I said okay and left it. Went to pay and book a second appointment and Dr Mathew came up to me and proceeded to lecture me on how not to shame my daughter in the car on the drive back home because it would make it worse (as if I was going to which is crazy! (I wasn't going to even mention it). I said "Thank you. I won't" to be polite. But he would not STOP. To stop him I said "I feel like I'm being judged by you". I cried on the drive home. My husband canceled the appointment and got into a new dental office right away. AND CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? She took the X-ray with no problem. They put a cap on her back molars to prevent the cavity from forming further and she told me she was way happier at our new dentist. I wouldn't even bother with Toothzone.

So sensitive with kids. They want the kids to feel good the whole time.
My boys always ask if we can go there again.

We have been taking our three kids to this pediatric dentist for years now, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. From the moment we walk in the door, the staff is friendly and welcoming, putting our kids at ease and making them feel not only comfortable but they actually look forward to going for appointments even when they needed work done.

The dentists and hygienists are all fantastic with kids, taking the time to explain everything in a way that they can understand and making sure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit. They are patient, gentle, and always willing to answer any questions we have.

We appreciate the emphasis on preventative care, with regular cleanings and check-ups to keep our kids' teeth healthy and strong. And when we have had to deal with more serious issues, the dentists have been knowledgeable and skilled in providing the necessary treatment.

Overall, we highly recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, and skilled dental team for their children. They truly go above and beyond to make sure our kids have a positive experience every time they visit.

Dr. Mathew and his whole staff are amazing! My daughter had a bad experience at a different clinic before and now she loves going! They are super kind! The clinic is totally colorful and the themed rooms are really fun! Each treatment progressed to the one where she needed freezing and she did SO amazing, they really know what they're doing there and make it easy!
We highly recommend

I don't recommend them at all.
They charge more money for nothing. I went to solve one problem for my son, but they wanted to start with other problems, and their excuse is to "begin with simpler problem to attract the child". Well, the patient has the right to select their own treatment plan. However, they did the simpler problem, and they charge a huge amount of money for it. I took an appointment for the main problem. Today I phoned them up to ask when was the appointment booked, as I forgot it. They said there is no appointment was booked. Their other excuse was for the third time " misunderstanding".
The main problem of my son was not solved yet. Even they repeated the x rays for my son at the first appointment, evevnthough x rays were done few days before the first appointment, and they have the previous x rays.
As I work in healthcare, this clinic do not give patients the opportunity to take their treatment decision. They charge huge amount of money. At the end, I do not recommend this clinic at all.
