I went to Ibrahim after floating around a number of different places in the Heights. He was very professional, pointed out the issues that the previous hair dresser at another business did to my hair and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Came back again and the service was nothing less than exceptional. You feel welcome and the staff are appreciative of your business. A great local shop that I will continue to go to.

I have been going to Top Barbers for 24 years since moving back into the neighborhood. My boys got their first haircuts and love Barber Jim! I can go and feel comfortable with any of the barbers and get a great cut. It's also nice that the shop keeps the traditional barber feel and you are not getting a cut from someone who looks like they came in from the skateboard park. Jim 's shop is a fixture in the community and a wonderful place. No matter what chair I am in Jim still makes sure to chat with me. The only place to get your haircut and good prices!

Amazing haircut fades and plus they do nose hair waxing and threading which you don’t see in barber shops for a very good price and very fair. Extremely friendly and nice staff. My dad owns a barber shop in Toronto so I know, these guys are great.

Jim is a great guy who owns a great business. Not only Jim, but every worker there are great people who do a great job. With the amount of times I've gotten my haircut there, I have never had any problem whatsoever. Jim is a professional and cares not mainly for business, but for the community as a whole. Jim is the man! My preference is a hot shave and cut. The barbers are great it's the spot I take my boys for cuts. Price is right and their great for kids getting their first cut. I recommend going mid week. Gets busy on the weekends.

These guys have been providing the Burnaby Heights community with excellent service for as long as I can remember. Jim treats everyone like family and is always cheerful and inviting. Okey customer service, but he told me 19$ for my hair and after finished he said 25$ because your hair was longer? , didn’t make me feel good.

Danny does a very good job!
Great skin fade, hot shave with what comes across to me as essential oils on the hot towel.
Electric face massager on top of the hot towel, these are very nice added touches.

They hold your place in line so you can go grab a bite or run errands.
You do not have to waste valuable time sitting in the shop waiting if you are busy.

The shop has a very refreshing sence of community.

I have been going here for about a month now. The service is amazing. In and out very quickly and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. Danny has done me very well here and I will be a returning customer for a long time to come.

Bad attitude and did the opposite of what I asked for. The two other assistants were fine, but Danny in particular had a bad attitude in my interaction with him.

He asks for one picture of the haircut I wanted when clearly one was not enough. Proceeds to cut in a completely different style than I expected. He doesn't talk during the haircut, so I ask to make sure to know what he's going to do next and then he angrily tells me to leave feedback at the end. If I leave feedback at the end that would be too late, wouldn't it? After I get him to correct the haircut, he ends up messing it up again, by "cutting lines" on it, which is again not what I asked for and not in my picture.

0/10 experience and won't be coming back here again, at least with the idiot barber Danny.

Convenient but received a10 minute buzz cut for not cheap. Thought it was ok here, but maybe it depends on who’s on.

Experienced barbers + great work. Surprisingly fast and it seems like they're not "trying" during your haircut. Then you see the finished product and it's spot on, but at a lower price vs.all the other barbers I've been to in the Burnaby area. Definitely recommend this place.

Was my favorite spot to get a haircut until.yesterday I was there and a woman cut my hair. She grabbed my sunglasses off the table and put them on the iron coat rack. I saw her hit the lense on the coat rack and then hang them by the arm. I cringed when I saw her handle them with little care. My brand new oakley's had a huge scratch on the lens that made contact with the iron rack. I only wore them for a total of 3 hours. I bought them the night before, so I know the where prestine condition. Absolutely devastated when I grabbed them off the rack. Please have more respect for others belongings in the future! Haircut was not bad but wasnt the quality I expect. Shouldve waited for Raam, hes by far the best barber at Top Barber!

I have been going to Top Barbers for almost 10 years now. They always cut my hair as I ask and do so with a smile and are very professional. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. The wait time can be long during peak periods but it is worth the wait if you want a good reliable cut.

Can't say enough about the crew over here. They're professional, relaxed and dang good and what they do. Quick side fade and a clean up on top was my go to, and they never missed. Best bang for your buck in the city.

I go to Danny at top barbers when I need a haircut, and he is by far the best barber I’ve ever gone to. He does a great fade and taught me how to style my hair so it stays the way I want to, if your looking for a great barber go to Danny!
