Really bad experience. Person working there obligated to do our laundry as he wants with out listening to any reason.my first time and never again!

Very bad experience. If you are going there for dry cleaning then it’s not place because there is no dry cleaning machine. He takes your cloths for dry cleaning but he washes.he washed my dry cleaning clothes now it’s shrink and dirty machine stain on it. So be careful

I have been getting my duvet dry cleaned here several times only because the price was reasonable. I have a down king size duvet. It’s expensive. He stacks dry cleaning items in garbage bags and on a table at the back. Where it’s easily accessible to anyone. When I arrived to pick it up, He has said it had been stolen. He claims, a lady came and took it. Told me he called the cops on her. Not sure to believe this story. I’m wondering if he gave my duvet to someone else by accident. And now is giving me a story. He told me to come back in a few days. When I did, he said she came back with the duvet. Obviously handing me the bag I opened it and it was clearly not mine. He seems like a nice guy, but obviously you pay for cheap service, your gonna get what you pay for. Don’t dry clean anything expensive here.

Took a sleeping bag in to wash ourselfs the gentleman was kind and at a large upcharge offered to wash it himself we agreed and upon arriving to pick it up at his time he designated it was still wet through and through even though it was in the dryer and he did not unzip the sleeping bag to wash the inside properly and when I told him he did not do his job properly he proceeded to tell me it was my fault and my responsibility to unzip it for him prior to him putting through the wash. I've never heard of such lack of customer service before 10/10 will not go again a 5$ wash and dry cost me 25$ to be improperly done.

The folks working there are super friendly and helpful. Even treated me to a samosa for lunch!

It was perfect for doing your laundry in the evening, the only thing I didn't like was the long time on the washers, but the owner was really nice

I've been back for the fourth year in a row after camping trips. Five loads of laundry, including the comforters, heavy blankets and beach towels. Washed, dried and folded in just under two hours.
Great way to speed up the laundry process.

I gave him blanket for wash and he charge me $20 after went for a pickup and i saw my blanket was as it is dirty with same stains. I saw blanket on table with dirty cloths and he lying to me its washed. Bad service and owner is a liar

This place is wonderful, the owner is so kind not only did he help my son and I unload, as we are currently on vacation experiencing brake troubles in the motor home and needed to get to an atm to provide the funds to do our laundry. He helped us get our stuff started before making the trek to grab the money just to get it all done he then took care of the rest! With the stress of the day I more than appreciated his help.absolutely terrific service. Much gratitude

I gave him suit n coat for dry cleaning when I got it back condition of coat n suit left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I entrusted him with dry cleaning service but he returned my suit with ruined embroidery and been severely damaged. To make matters worse his response was outright rude, unacceptable and unprofessional. The level of carelessness and lack of accountability displayed by him is simply unacceptable. And showed no willingness to rectified the situation which solidified my decision pursue legal action against him. Suing the dry cleaner is surely burden and time consuming endeavour. It is disheartening but also taking a toll on my emotional well being.
