Top Of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant

The view is amazing here. We went for the New Year’s Day brunch buffet for $160.00 a person and the food and setup looked absolutely beautiful but looks can be deceiving as we soon discovered the food looked way better than it tasted and overall food was just okay to below average. To be honest our mutual favorite item was the pineapple juice which speaks volumes to the food. We found most of the food did not appear homemade and were reheated from frozen premade or something.

The chocolate fountain chocolate tasted mostly fatty and cheap and there were premade Rice Krispies squares like someone bought them from Costco and just peeled the wrappers off them.

The waffles were not crispy and tasted like prepackaged shelf stable waffles. The orange sherbet like mousse was quite inedible and some of the pastries on the dessert table were literally soggy and freezer burnt!

The jello was good as it seemed to taste like freshly made jello and the fruit was good as it was real cut up fruit.

The shrimp dumplings and XLBs were not homemade and tasting like reheated from frozen.

The king crab and lobster were literally so overcooked they shrunk and tasted like jerky! (Pictures enclosed).

The prime rib was poorly cooked and tough. The pasta and egg station looked great but the product made was bland and not the best. Not all items advertised on the menu were served as there were no pancakes, French toast, ribs or snow crab for example.

The cheese plate and deviled eggs were however very good and fresh. That was done right.

Overall, I would say it was not worth the price we paid but the view made the meal enjoyable. The food was mainly like someone reheated premade food and the food that was cooked was very average at best or not cooked very well. Most items were cold or lukewarm. Come for the view but not the food.

A memorable experience. The scenic views were fascinating. The restaurant revolves during your dining experience that allows one to view the downtown Vancouver gorgeous waterfront scenery in a couple of hours. The service was great as well. It's also easily accessible. Dining at the revolving restaurant was a fantastic experience - I highly recommend.

I reserved a table for a special occasion and we were seated by the window, even though there were plenty of empty tables we were asked to move as they wanted to take our main course order, along with the appetizers and drinks, however we weren’t sure what we wanted yet and were still looking at the menu. We were moved immediately to the lounge because of this, even though we were planning on dining there, and ended up just staying just for one drink due to the unbelievably rude service.

Save yourself the disappointment and seek out somewhere else to dine that values its customers and takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. The only redeeming factor about this place is the view.

It’s amazing place to go to and the view is great friendly but needs better work on waiters service sometimes you need to wait for your order

The times I have been up at the restaurant were on special occasions like birthdays and family dinners which I have always enjoyed eating at a unique place such as this one it never disappoint always having a great time to me I think it's a special place for me from the very first time I went great service.

The food is very bad and The manager is so rude. The view is not enough because the customer service is very bad. I am so disappointed. I can’t imagine i had this bad experience. Don’t go guys you will have the worst experience ever. Don’t waist your money.

It was my first time here, and it’s really nice place to visit. The service and food both top of the class.

Awesome! You haven't been to Vancouver if you haven't dined and enjoyed the view at Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant. Good food and service too. I particularly liked how Nathan took our pictures with nice scenic background. Good make up of the chef with an excellent dessert after we told the server, Andres about the not so perfect New York Steak. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I'm certainly going back. Two thumbs up!

Bad customer service, specially the manager. I don’t why his so rude. I were so happy with my friends but unfortunately cause of this manager we went. They treat us like a children he forgot that we are customers despite we were very kind.
The worst experience

The only thing good here is the rotating top and the view.
Food - there is no flavour, can only taste the burning taste of the “market fresh” prawns instead of the prawns itself. Can only taste the spice instead of the Halibut. Calamari is crunchy but no calamari taste.
Service - never seen such hard selling server and hard working server who kept coming back to the table so often plus ensuring the party to leave at 7: 30pm. For anyone who have been around the world, this wasn’t a welcoming experience from Vancouver.

Old but gold… they got limited menu but tastes good. Tell them fhe special occasion is birth and get a surprise.
Just go for the view honestly.

A beautiful restaurant with a great view while revolving, you won't get bored of the views. The food is delicious, each plat have a different flavor, a good taste.

The view is amazing! All 4 stars for the view. Food is overpriced and bland and can take more than an hour to arrive! Also, they don’t take reservations for seating next to the window and you just need to wait for it.

Delightful from the moment we arrived to when we left ️ We felt the service was genuine and sincerely good. Our server was Miss Jenny and we were treated with such warm hospitality so thank you so much for that.

My wife and I decided to celibrate our anniversary here.
We figured if we go on a week night it won't be so busy.
We were not disappointed.
The view (lets face it that why your their)
Was amazing and constantly changing.
The food was outstanding and very well presented.
Our waiter Andrew capped the night off with his attention to detail.
Next year we will definitely consider this option again.thankyou.

This is definitely an overall great experience. It starts when you take the elevator up to the restaurant and it only ends when you make your descent after having a very delicious meal!
The service from our main waiter Aiden and all of the staff was quite excellent, and the food was marvelous.
We had stuffed mushroom caps and 10 oz New York steak, along with mimosas and it was a wonderful meal.
Some might be turned away due to the price, but it is an experience you need to have at least once.
Would definitely recommend coming just about an hour before sundown. A full rotation is just over an hour, so you can see the city as the sun sets and then gaze out as the lights bring out the city nightlife!
Definitely for special occasions but we will probably be going back

I took my wife to the Top of Vancouver for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. We got seated right away. Drinks, appetizers, dinner, dessert and the service were great. We also witnessed picture perfect views of the summer sunset. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.

I took one 2 stars out for the 2 hrs wait for the food. Another 1 hr wait for the table by the window even though with a reservation. The food itself is worth 2 stars (very bland) but I didn’t expect much for the food as most places with great view tends to have poor quality food. The view was 5 stars (no doubt) but by the time you get to be seated you waited for 2 hours to eat after you finished a bottle of wine already. I don’t think it’s worth that long wait because I go there for a special birthday and want to eat and drink and enjoy the view but you guys need to step up on your service because it costs $200+ to eat there and I don’t expect to wait this long to get my food. I’ve been to fine dining at many places around the world and this is one of the worst in this sense.

This would have been 5 stars were it not for the charge for each soft drink especially when they come half full of ice. Service was great, food was fantastic.

Our server Andrew was great! He was kind, honest, and just super easy to communicate with.
I absolutely loved the roasted vegetables l penne. It was so fantastic, I can never have any other pasta again.
The jerk chicken wasn't as flavourful as expected, but the presentation was fantastic!
Siracha Fries were not spicy. But they tasted so fresh and not oily at all.
The food menu isn't vast, but their selection is top notch.
It was a truly fantastic time with minimum wait to be seated with the online reservation.
