Typical way these type of people do business.completely lied about the 5 '6 i" by 11 foot ", marble" being able to be installed on the floor.after we purchased we had to do move them and transport out selves.then once they were in my house the 3 tile companies i used said that the tile cannot be installed on the floor.once I called in and notified them they denied the whole thing and wouldn't even let meexchanhe for a propper floor tile after spending 15000 on tiles twice. I then Gabe up called someone else.i really feel that they treated me this way because I'm white.

It is the biggest tile store in Fraser Valley area and they got biggest collection of tiles
1. They give 45% discount on new stocks which i recently bought it.
2. They also take return on certain items like tiles and laminate floors etc.which is good for customers as if I purchased extra boxes then I can return it to them.
3. Very Friendly staff even you can take suggestions from them on which tile of contrasts will be better.
4. They have separate parking for loading area and store area.
5. If you don't have any contractor or tile installer, they have fine list of installers from which you can contact and select who ever you want according to your acceptations
6. They even do deliveries.

Even they got Fireplace slab Size like
5 ft x 10 ft Italian slabb which I do like the most then 4ft x 8ft, 36 inch x 72 inch.

Throughout our house building project, we have visited their store probably a dozen times and we found the staff were always helpful. They helped us find matching tiles if we brought outside samples. If something was not in stock they were informative about it. Shipping department lacks a bit of coordination. I had to wait 1 hour to pickup my shipment because the staff on the previous shift did not prepare my order despite confirming with me on the phone that it is ready for pickup.

I had a great experience shopping here. The prices are great for budget friendly projects. I was able to get my stairs and fireplace completed with materials from here. They helped me load my car and get it all sorted out for transport.
It has a wide selection of flooring and tile needs. Leftover from project was easily returned and refund promptly issued. I will definitely do business them in the future.

Rude receptionist she kept on showing me attitude will definitely not be getting anything from here

Awesome pricing, don't be fooled by the prices on the sticker when l asked about the pricing, it turned out most of the vinyl tile l was looking for was half price. Very good quality product, great selection
