New account member but out of town & received the most amazing customer service from Lindsey today over the phone. 1st impressions say so much thank you Lindsey.

I came in looking for a bra last night, I had heard that Torrid had amazing bras and they actually carry my size! Just to be safe I got a fitting done. Unfortunately my size is mostly only on line but that's ok, not fault on the staff. I can't remember the ladies name that helped me. But she was hands down AMAZING! She was so sweet and kind, and she was just as excited as I was when we found a bra in the store that worked for me! Even though they were short staffed and it was a little busy both the ladies working were so friendly and helpful.
I look forward to shopping here again

Came here to shop until I drop with money to spend and get everything in every wardrobe I need but left everything in the change room! From moment I walked in I saw disappointed customers leave empty handed! I walked in grabbing items I saw from online! Walked around had already 6items in my hand. Over 15minutes I still did not get asked if I needed a room or even a hello. Lady was too busy gossiping with other colleague who just entered store. Than new colleague decided she wanted to try on clothes for her self and be measured as well. For staff to play dress up! This left all of us customers ignored. A bunch of us customers were ignored and walked out empty handed. Lost my 600$ sale. I won't be returning. I'm not sure how this store lasts when always empty.

LOVE the clothes! Can't get the site to ship to an actual store, this part of the site seems to be broken. I make the purchase, choose a store, then it takes me to the store & forgets all about the purchase. The other only option is a $39 shipping charge? ! Come on guys I want to give you my business but you makin it so hard.

Best place ever for buying bras for myself. I drive over 3 hours just to shop here for my bras.

These ladies are always so friendly and helpful! I love the clothing and that there's so many styles in one place. The only thing I could possibly complain about is really just a wish for more shoe options in the store. I mean this company has thought of everything.fans in the change rooms? !? ! Yes!

The store was pleasing to the eye. It seemed to have nice quality clothing. I saw a lot of beautiful outfits and the sale prices are phenomenal. Thanks for helping me pick out an outfit for a birthday gift it was a winner!

I love Torrid. The customer service is excellent, the staff is friendly and make me feel comfortable, and the jeans fit amazing. Clothing is pricey, unless you hit a sale, but it really is designed for bigger women (not just made bigger for thin people, or oversized so it looks like a sack), it's flattering, and by today's standards, it's good quality.

Such a great store! I went in to buy a strapless bra and the girls there were so nice and helpful. They had great advice and it helped me find everything I needed. A really positive and kind experience, staff made me feel super comfortable. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Great prices, friendly staff and a great collection of plus size clothes. I just wish we could ship to store in Canada to save the shipping fees.

A woman named Nicole helped me shop for a bikini which is not something I'm particularly comfortable in. She was kind, sociable, informative and made this a very comfortable experience for me. I will definitely consider shopping here again because of her. Thank you so much for the help Nicole!

Wowie! I've been shopping at Torrid for 3 years now. It is truly one of my happy places. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I always look forward to my time at Torrid!

I am getting married on April 1! I wasn’t sure if I would even find a wedding dress that I loved but I found one on the torrid website. And they had one in stock they booked an appointment with me to come in and try it on! And I absolutely loved it I loved it so much that I said yes to the dress. But with all that being said I want to express my gratitude and my appreciation for the way these ladies helped me and treated me. They helped me every step of the way they helped me find everything I needed they helped me try my dress they made sure it was perfect ladies if you are shopping anywhere and you are a fluffy girl like I am please go see these ladies they will help you until you find something! All I can say is that these ladies deserve a raise because they are absolutely phenomenal. It’s the first time I’ve ever been in the store to shop and will not be my last time there to shop I was very pleased with the service I received and the dignity I was treated with. I am a bigger size woman and I have a hard time shopping because of my self-conscious issues but these women made me feel like I was 1 million bucks. And again I can’t stress enough these ladies at the Kelowna location need a raise for just being as awesome and great is there!

Amazing service. I went in there for my first time shopping for a proper bra. One of the staff (Stef I believe) asked me quite quickly if there was anything she could help me with. And after telling her that I was new to this she immediately started giving me suggestions and got another staff member (Megan I believe) to measure me and find the right fit. At first the bras weren't fitting but the staff were extremely attentive and helped me find what's right for me. The entire experience was great. I was extremely nervous going into it but after a few minutes I was put at ease because of the kind, accepting, and caring atmosphere. I ended up getting a bralette that I've been extremely happy with and a bra that I think was slightly too big. But it was my first time so I had assumed it wouldn't be 100% perfect fit. But overall it was a great experience and made me feel so much more confident in myself and my body. Amazing. Shoutout to Stef and Megan. I'll definitely be coming back

One of my fave companies! Always loads of up to date styles. A bit higher prices since they are from the US but to me the styles, reward systems and awesome sales, make up for it. Easy to order online (huge selection) and have delivered to your door, pay in US$ of course. If it doesn't fit, you can mail it back, or get a trade or credit at a physical store, in Cndn $ within a reasonable time- check that out to be safe, plus, some of the rewards change often.

The employees are down to earth and ody positive. They are super helpful and put up with my whining. Such a great place to shop. Yes the pricing is high buy that is okay if you find a piece that you like and know you will wear it.

The ladies who work there are amazing! So friendly and helpful! The quality of the clothing is great, it's just the prices are super expensive.

Plus size clothing store located inside Orchard Park shopping mall. Store is clean and looks well maintained. Parking is free outside the mall and the parking lot is huge. Handicapped parking spaces and the mall is handicapped friendly.

Very attentive staff without coming off as pushy. This location obviously has a low turnover, I remember a couple of the staff members from this time last year and they were very helpful back then as well. Every time my wife and I go to the store they have a great sale on and will email coupons and sale info. My wife always leaves the store with two or three items and consistently saves $ 70 - $100.

Always the best service, quality/size/variety of clothes. Advice on discounts, and seriously the best looking styles.

As a plus sized person I really appreciate there clothing. It has the right cuts and fabric. There staff are really professional and know what works for your body style. I recommend shopping here.

She is amazing. She knows how clothing styles fit, based on body type and feedback. I'm normally a double GG, she measured me and we actually found something that fit me.

She's truly a pleasure to see when I pop in there. And always end up buying the best clothes.

I love this store! The ladies in there are always super helpful. I really wish we could get a torrid in the lower mainland. My only complaint is the stuff is a little expensive or I would buy alot more clothing from them!

I really love this clothing store! It can be a tad expensive, but there are always great deals. The clothes fit my plus-sized body, without looking like I raided my grandmother's closet) And the best part is that my daughters and I can shop together because there is such an expansive size and style range (sizes 10-30).

Great Staff. Great selection. Prices might be slightly higher than some other specailty clothing stores.but certainly not over priced. This store is worth a look.
