Bad bad sales person.the worst I have ever met, though the bags are juat in the middle level, they treated as if people are not able to afford.

I feel so disappointed when I went to the store in recently. All of the staffs really unfriendly, also so cold to facing their customers. I will be happy to shopping online better then visiting the store. Wishing your business is successful on this seasonal

Over all good store, but it depends who helps you… had good and bad experiences. Extremely helpful or extremely ignorant sales person. They could do better for sure.

Great service from Hyo, who helped me over the phone and had the bag ready for me to pick up the next day. Would highly recommend dealing with Hyo if you are shopping at this location.

Love Tory Burch accessories and now shoes, got my first pair of Torys at this boutique. Amazing variety of purses displayed neatly and organized. Not a shoe or a purse out of place, the staff keep everything pristine. High class service, attentive to customers and friendly. Great shopping experience would recommend to other purse and shoe lovers.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I spoke with Cindy and another woman (may have been the manager) and gave excellent customer service. They also allow dogs in the store! Fantastic shopping experience. I'll be back soon.

Good selection and service but sales associates tend to be too clingy so be blunt if you don't wish to be followed around while shopping.

I took my wife to shop at the store and the staff are super unprofessional just stand around and whispering to each other and laughing there was no service what so ever. There were people filming in the store and bags everywhere. Very disappointed we just went and order online instead. Will not recommend this store at all to anyone.
