My sister bought 3 pairs of shoes there, in the oulet, the truth is very nice, the people who serve them are not at all elitist in Vancouver, yes it is very elitist, it is beautiful but it is not for children

I don’t recommend this location.
So unprofessional
the manager and employees are so pushy.not fun to shop at all
They are put you under pressure.

Tory Burch (TB) is the only store at McArthur Glen that looks very luxury, classy and has beautiful interior. This store is always busy and lot of customers. You have to find TB staff because they always busy, but, when you approach one them, they willing to help you.

One thing I don’t like is the way they display the price. Some of the price tags were missing and others, they don’t display the final price after discount.
I’m the type of customer who don’t like to keep asking the price.

Nevertheless, i love TB and, i did buy a new bangle. It’s so beautiful and looks so classy. I got help from Aishu/Ashu (the only male staff in store).

We returned a bag but the refund amount is lower than the purchased price

Most of the handbags are above half price. The saleslady has a good service attitude.

My wife bought few handbags for relatives during CNY, and we ended up having to exchange a some of them on a busy Sunday. The staff were patient and helpful, especially on a busy weekend. They made our day much more manageable. Thank you.
