They are so patient and detail oriented and knowledgeable.
I am so happy to have them here.

I have seen Dr. Hassani for about three times for the past few years and my last exam was about one year ago. Doctor Hassani did not provide a through eye exam and very careless. I had a lot of discomfort in both eyes and he advised that I have no issues. I had to get a second opinion and realized that my eyes had a viral infection.

They have wonderful team.my kids and I have been getting service since last year. They are very professional, patient and calibrated with their customers. They provided lots of support for my family which is grateful to me, I never forget this kindness

I had a great experience with this centre anytime I tried to visit there. There is a Gentleman named Habib, and he’s incredibly friendly. I’ve had several eyewear shopping experiences with him, and I’m very satisfied. Additionally, I’m quite pleased with the eye doctor’s services; the equipment used for eye exams is very professional.

Amiable and respectful staff. Booking my appointment was hassle-free, and I was sent a couple of reminders. I showed up a few minutes early and didn't have to wait long before I was called in. Thank you!

I'm sorry I'm hearing they don't still respect their clients! I had such a bad experience with them a few years ago. I told them at that time their team members need to be trained to learn how to behave with the clients, but it seems they have not listened to me! So I tell them now that their manager needs to be trained to learn how to manage her/his team!

Wonderful optometry clinic! I have been coming here for years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is very professional and all of the equipment is up to date. Dr. Hassani is a great doctor

Excellent services provided both at the front desk by receptionists/Optometrist Assistants and by Dr. Hassani and Mr. Rezapour. A caring service was always provided to me and, additionally noted, was the excellent approach by receptionists to all patients.
I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I never recommend this center to you since I recently had a bad experience with them. I asked them several times about their service rates but they kept me uninformed until my appointment time, when I noticed their price is higher than the regular price for the same services in Vancouver. When I told them about that, their response and behaviour were irresponsible, disrespectful, and absolutely dishonest. While I was in their office they tried to charge me for "NO-SHOW"! It was funny but unfortunate! Facing clients with a fait accompli (قراردادن مشتری در مقابل عمل انجام شده) is a well-known trick in marketing. Keeping costumers intentionally uninformed is considered unethical in business, however, some businesses like this center are doing that because of lack of transparency, unfairness, client neglect, and client disservice. Once again, I NEVER trust them and NEVER recommend them to others! Don't waste your money and time!

Great experience in this professional center, in particular, they are good at taking care of my two young kids. I am very glad to receive such a kind service which is close to the Coquitlam center.

Clean professional office with a large selection of frames. Dr Hassani takes his time to provide a very thorough eye exam. Kudos to the on-site optician Habit for persevering through 3 warranty-covered adjustments to finally get me the perfect glasses.

I have a very bad exerience with the guy who sells eyeglasses. Name Habib.
I gave my tow eyeglasses for new lenses to him. He damaged one of the frames, in a way that the frame was loose and disordered.and finally the lense jumped out of the frame. When i asked him to fix it. He left the room and heated the frame in away that it is now unusable. He damaged the frame to make me buy a new frame. I did not want a new frame. I took the frame to three other eyeglass centre, they kindly try to fix it but all three said ; this frame has been damaged in the inside so its not fixable! He is very rude and zero cusomer service. When i told him that he damaged the frame intentionally, he did not even denyed. Just said, yes i did. Now what u want to do? !
I dont recomnend this place for eyeglasses. Cause there is, not only any good customer service, but also for repairment, u may find ur glasses not usable anymore
