Now the world get more sick because of social media and Jewish and Muslim problems now Dr Wayneberg he is changed if he sees your last name is Muslim he will hesitate to help you he will not let you in until you frustrated he'll annoying you slowly and after waiting from 830am to 1230pm he took me in with awkwardly speaking for 1 minutes I talk to he didn't even made me feel I'm talking to doctor he had no energy to talk to because the world got sick and maybe Jewish people are communicating secretly for not helping Muslim. I hope he felt bad I hope next Muslim he'll help only army Jewish are bad not regular Jewish, he should now that, infront desk employees sometimes not nice it depends on their mood india and Philippines don't care about religion or looks they just don't own the business so they don't care how you feel.

In my experience this clinic is One of the best clinic in Vancouver. I visited several times here, staff Rosemary & Dr. Weinberg are awesome. All the best for the team.

Horrible. I call at 10, right as they open. On hold for 40 minutes, supposedly "1st in line", then dropped.

I phone throughout the week, always on hold. They close phones at 3, so I phone at 2 - the machine informs me that the phones close at 3. And that I am calling outside of phone hours.

Whenever I walk in in person to force an appointment it works and there's always someone available at the front desk. They are -not- always on the phone. This means that either the phone system is MASSIVELY flawed or the front desk employees are incredibly lazy. This is not acceptable, this is our health.

Clearly this clinic doesn't entertain phone calls. It's hard to reach someone. I have a phone consultation and received an email saying the doctor will call me anytime around 11am - 8pm but never received a phone consultation instead the doctor left a voice mail asking if I have a question. This clinic is terrible.

I have seen Dr. Darnall at this office and she has been the BEST specialist I have had the pleasure to meet. She listens and spends the right amount of time (doesn't rush through anything), pays extra attention to details, and just overall acts like she cares about her patients. I felt like this was the best health care I have received in many many years (or maybe ever.). Her assistant Stephanie was super accommodating, answered all of my questions, and gave me the same treatment that Dr. Darnall did - kindness and care. Thank you both!

Don’t make appointment in this clinc, Dr. Send us for ultrasound, we did ultrasound and we make twice appointment for ultrasound result, but doctors told us we don’t got your result yet, then I called to lab where i done my ultrasound, they told me they already send them report on same. They said i will send again. They can got in 20 mintues. Then i called again to this clinc for making new appointment for ultrasound result or confirm they got my reports, But. My call was on wait list 17. I wait 2 hrs for my turn and then after 2 hr they cancelled my called. (this is canada medical system?). We pay taxes they don’t care us. My wife is pregent. Thats her ultrasound. We are waiting ultrasound approx 9 days for results. This ultrasound is very important for her. What we can do now?

I’ve been going to this clinic for years and have always had a great experiences. The clinic is very clean and the receptionists are friendly and professional. Reasonable wait times and very easy to book appointments online.

Never answer the phone, extremely hard to get ahold of anyone, usually wait at least 1 hr to get in for your scheduled apt.

1. The office does not fax the refills
2. The virtual appointment I booked simply did not happen with no warning or rebooking
3. After doctor did not call I sent an email to the office, which was completely ignored.

As a result I'm unable to get my medication on time. I'm taking this medication last 20 years and cant skip.

I suggest people use telusMyCare, where your appointment will never be missed.

AVOID IT FOR THE IMMIGRATION EXAM. It took 2 months to submit my immigration medical exam! Phoned the front desk several times and they did nothing, no call back as they promised!

IF I CAN GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD the front desk staff DOES NOT ANSWER the calls, and hangs up on patients. I used to work as an MOA now in nursing and I can tell you, yes we receive tons of calls but it should NOT go to the point where we get hung up on. The Doctor's are very nice but the front desk staff is being poorly managed. They also don't know what they are doing. They don't send referrals to the specialists unless you follow up and push them to. It took my specialist to receive a referral a week in and I KNOW for a fact that any doctor doesn't take 5 business days to write up a referral. Also when I do go in clinic, I see them just sitting there and eating while putting people on hold. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF.

Dr. Weinberg is one of the best doctors we have seen in the recent time. He is patient, kind and considerate. The Front desk is hard to reach and they could improve the online booking system to alleviate some of the hurdles they face. Overall, I would give Dr. Weinberg 5 stars. We are glad we found his as our family doctor.

Another clinic with weak customer service. My appointment got canceled one time and the next 2 times doctor didn’t call me! I didn’t like Dr Lipinski service over the phone cause it was very cold and kind of rude I’m sorry but she wasn’t a nice female doctor that I expected that day. I’m not gonna do my test here and will find another clinic. I am so frustrated with this clinic and won’t come back again.

Virtual healthcare should not be encouraged for ALL issues. Doctors not listed on your website claim to be affiliated with tlc. And these are drs who do not live in Vancouver or in Canada for that matter. I believe that your office can actually hinder proper health care. There should be full disclosure on who the virtual doctor is and their credibility. Not every country views health in the manner we do.

Because of the Medical Reason, my Express entry file was extremely complicated. IRCC repeatedly inquired about follow-ups. I was worried because my work permit was also about to expire, but "Dr. Alexander Weinberg" from "TLC medical clinic" was always available to assist me. Throughout, Dr. Alexander Weinberg remained calm and gave me guidance to do required tests in the fastest way possible. Thank you, Dr. Alexander Weinberg, finally got my PR.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Front desk is so rude for no reason, speak to patients as if they are stupid. Definitely would not recommend Dr. Jennifer Ryu, she wasted my time. I was referred to her, as I am looking for a new family doctor. She stated she cannot take me on since I do not live in the area… even though I live 15 mins away. She was very dismissive, would not recommend.

Website said they were taking new patients so I filled out the patient intake form. All over the form as well as on the confirmation email says to disregard the appointment time since they’re just going to call you as they triage for new patients. Missed their calls the first day (at work) and then after a few days of trying to call them back and being put on hold forever I got through and was told they didn’t receive my form and they have no record of my registration. Then why did they call me in the first place? Front desk was rude, unhelpful, and overall had terrible communication. She said she would call me back but never did. I called back and then she said I had missed my phone appointment. How did I miss an appointment that I never had (the form said to disregard the appointment time because it’s not a real appointment!) finally she told me that they’re actually not accepting new patients? Even though they left me messages saying they’re triaging for new patients? Overall such a waste of time and effort.

I must agree with many reviews that this clinic lacks customer service and professionalism. I had a phone appointment 3 days ago (which btw was scheduled for noon but I did not receive a call until 3 pm) and the doctor said she'd send me requisitions for tests. They usually email requisitions the same day, so when I noticed I did not get them the next day, I called the front desk. The lady I spoke with was rude and abrupt, perhaps because it was Saturday and close to their closing time. She tried to brush me off and provided no resolution. I asked her to ask the doctor but I doubt it's done as I still don't have requisitions 2 days after speaking with the receptionist. How frustrating. I might have to find another doctor just so I can get a requisition for test.

I saw Dr. Grewal twice and never went back. It was pretty obvious he either didn't have time to answer my 1 question or just couldn't be bothered and flipped out 1 ridiculous answer to my 1 question.

If you need to get immigration medical done, I wouldn't recommend going here. My medical didn't get sent to IRCC immediately. I had to call them to send it again 2 months after I got my medical done and when I did, I submitted the file the clinic sent me through the webform and my medical was approved. Meanwhile, other clinics only need up to 3 days to submit the medical to immigration

Based on my experience I would just give this a zero star. I just dont reccomend anyone should come here, first when I came in for my appointment and it was at 10: 30 but I had to wait till 11pm. And while was waiting I saw an old man was in pain while waiting for so long and still isn't his turn to go in yet. LIKE I JUST DONT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE LIKE IT HORRIBLE. And they front desk get angry and doesn't understand for the person that dont know much English.

Literally the most unprofessional front desk service ever. They are uncooperative and hang up on you whenever they get tired of you asking questions. The doctors are excellent and professional individuals, but their brilliance is dimmed by the faces of their service.

Young doctors are friendly and efficient. But the middle-aged woman at the front desk was rude. She won't even listen to your questions and will often interrupt you. Not recommended, Don’t waste your time here

Just brought my friend here because she suspected she has a broken foot. Got a referral for an x-ray, got that done, called back, and they can’t see her to get treatment until Monday? What is she supposed to do until Monday on a possibly-broken foot? They won’t even tell her if it’s broken or not. Just keep saying to come back in 3 days. That’s ridiculous. I understand that clinics are busy but 3 days just to *find out* if a bone is broken or not? Insane.

The doctors are very lovely and helpful, but the staff are rude and refuse to help you with anything whatsoever - as if we're supposed to grovel at their feet to receive the help. They are entitled and selfish. Absolutely horrendous.

First and last encounter with the most unprofessional/untrained staff. Receptionist has no idea how to do her job nor does she have a sense of time. Dr Gordon equally unpleasant. Will never return again nor do I recommend you waste your time there!

1st, the only staff I dealt with at the front desk is the Filipina lady. She is nice and courteous. The other one didn't look so welcoming though. 2nd, Online bookings are easy to do and the physician we got there is also so nice and attentive to our concerns. 3rd, which would be my negative comment, what's the use of having a phone number you can call and nobody picks up the phone? Are the staff not trained for multi-tasking? Well, they should be. Working in the meducal field requires you to have multitasking skills. Your online booking does not give you an option to ask questions anyway neither your website. So hopefully whoever is managing this place do something about that. Staff at the front desk should be knowledgeable to answer basic questions over the phone.

I don't think the receptionists are rude like all the reviews here state. If you're nice to them they'll be nice to you. Its a busy clinic. My only problem with this place is I feel like I never get in on my appointment time. And although sometimes emergencies and such do happen, this happens almost every single time and makes me question why I even have an appointment. Have waited almost 2 hours in total once for my appointment and watched as walk ins went before me. Please prioritize the appts over the walk ins.

Dr. Weinberg is one of the best people (not just doctors) I've met. He is super kind and caring. He attentive and listens to every concern that you have, and asks relevant and respectful questions before coming to a conclusion. He really works with you to determine the best course of action for you. He tries to assist you in preventing health issues that may occur in and Is very informative.

The doctors are great however the front desk team is rude, unfriendly and less than empathetic. Not once have I been greeted and treated with care, which I would expect from a clinic and working at a clinic myself I couldnt imagine speaking to patients in this manner. Instead of helping patients this team gives attitude and makes you feel worse. Please hire a new front desk team or at least speak to them on their behavior! These are the faces of your clinic and should provide a warmer atmosphere.

Dr. Weinberg is an excellent doctor. I've been seeing him for one year and don't want to see anyone else. I was quite unhappy with my former doctor, and was so pleased when I found Dr. Weinberg. Yes, he works in a busy clinic and as with other doctors, if you're coming in later in the day, sometimes you have to wait. Things happen. But for the most part he is punctual, caring, knowledgeable, and very friendly

The doctor was great but front desk is extremely unprofessional and tactless. They book appointments, but can't get you in on time. If they are on schedule, the doctor doesn't show up.

There is absolutely no reason to be waiting for over 45 minutes with an appointment! They treat you like you have all the time in the world to wait. People make appointments for a reason. It's impossible to get to work on time with this office. 100% INCOMPETENT.

My family doctor retired and referred me to Dr Weinberg. He's been outstanding in caring for me and my family, who also see him. I go to this clinic because of him.

This clinic has online appointment booking, which is super convenient.

Yes, there are wait times, even if you have an appointment. I've experienced typical delays of 10-30 minutes. This clinic is family medicine but also a walk-in clinic, so patients are often slotted in between appointments. Do everyone else a favor and book an appointment. You can also call Healthlink BC at 8-1-1 to speak to a registered nurse to see how urgent your issue is.

Reception unfortunately appears to deal with a lot of abuse here, so I'm not surprised they have thick skin. I treat them with respect and they have been nothing but friendly in return.

Save yourself hours of time. Don't come here. They will just take you in and make you wait hours. Literally hours even when you have an appointment with them.

But Dr. Alex himself is amazing. He genuinely cares about the patient.

Reviews are subjective but I have to share my views. I have no problem with this clinic. Both staffs and drs are great. It's a busy clinic, if you don't want to wait long time then stop walking in without your doctor appointment. That delays appointed slots. I hear people just asked for prescription or question. Whatever the issue is.it still take up a spot. Put yourself behind the counter and see how people can be such jerks and inconsiderate.

I had to change my doctor because the reception here was too difficult to deal with. On more than one occasion, I would make an appointment and would end up waiting up to an hour the see my family doctor. Since it is so difficult to get ahold of someone in this office to make an appointment, I should be able to expect to be seen within 10-20 min of the time I booked. This appeared to be poor wait list managment from reception, taking in and booking too many patients. The reception was unapologetic, and while the doctors are good, this clinic is not worth my time.

Very poor service at this clinic. Doctors are rude and short with patients. 10-1 wont even look a the injury. Reception is a nightmare. A bunch of young kids playing receptionist and gossiping about patients. You wont why they never pick up the phone because they treat it like high school still. Exam rooms are not the cleanest. Exam table paper is stored on the ground.gross. Seems like the doctors are the one who graduated on the low end of the grad list. Not good enough for their own practice.

The absolute rudest reception I have ever encountered in my life. They make the wrong appointments for me 80% of the time and then I miss the appointment. I have to call on average 25-50 time to even get them to answer the phone and it’s to do things that they should have already done. Completely incompetent every single time. Would give zero stars if possible.

The doctors are good and very helpful. Dr Alex is our family doctor since 4 years and treated us rightly but the people at the reception never answer the call. If answered they keep the call on hold and very rude in answering. Faced this issue couple of times and it’s just not once. Doctors at tlc deserve more 5stars but receptionist not even one star.

The doctor I deal with is great here but unfortunately their system and customer service needs improvement. Booking online and on the phone is a bit of a pain.

Even with an appointment you may be waiting for more than hour.

The worst clinic I've never been. Their customer service is so terrible, I don't know how they get hired. My partner made an appointment but still waited more than an hour, then he asked why the waiting is so long the girl said if you don't like it here you can go elsewhere. I guess they are not going to change as they are being paid by the government, but strongly suggest DON'T go there if you have other options.

The receptionist put me on hold for 15 mins then hung up, so when I arrived with the hopes of walking in, I was told I could see the doctor if I only wanted a note, but not for the purpose that I came to get checked up. She was very disrespectful, will not return.
