Had a great experience at total pet bringing in my pup for her first wash! The ladie at the front desk was a ton of help makeing sure My pup clean comfortable and ready to go home after a big day at the farm.

I have been in at least 3 times in as many months, and I'm always so impressed with the staff. They are super helpful, great with customer service chit chat, and incredibly knowledgeable! And they have great coffee mugs at a great price!

Lots of great items for all pets, but my Lab X, Tre thinks they are all for him, but my wallet can only handle so much. But good prices lets us by quite a few things.

If your doggo needs a bath this is the spot. You can’t beat the price ($12-ish) for the services provided. A bath session comes with towels, splash apron for you (which worked very hard for me), shampoo, conditioner and treats for Fido. The elevated bath makes scrubbing your mutt really easy and there is even a blowdryer for the harrier persuasions. Staff were great too!

We are traveling and stopping by Kelowna. When we realized that we left the leashes at park, it’s almost 7pm. Thanks to this store, which opens till 9pm, we were able to get good quality leashes in time. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

They were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was getting the right things for my fur baby.well spikey baby lol. Even though they weren't as experienced with hedgehogs, they helped me find the info I needed to make good choices.

The staff are friendly and courteous and they have the best dog wash in Kelowna for any size dog.

Love the new dog wash station! Took my two big dogs in and was able to wash both in the two stations. Clean, easy to use, they supply all the necessary items.

The store has recently been remodeled with a Bathing station, and more! It looks fantastic, and The Bosleys Staff are always great!

This pet store has been around since I was a kid. So naturally, when my son wanted a hamster this was the first place we went. The staff was not helpful. When I asked a staff member if the hamsters they had were the larger, friendlier variety of hamster the staff member said that all hamsters are mean, bite, and they make terrible pets. My son was devastated. They also don't really have a good selection of small animal cages or supplies. I would not recommend this store.

I like total pet for my dragon food. The worms are always on the move. Athena is always treated with respect.

Extremely thankful for the knowledgeable staff who helped make some suggestions around care for my Betta. They were able to answer all my questions and provided some great tips I would have never known about. Unfortunately they did not have what they suggested I needed for my tank however they knew where I could go to get it. A business that is willing to point you in the direction somewhere else to make sure you get the best remedy for your problem is a business I have total faith and respect in. Without a doubt they should be your first stop.

Very inexperienced and unknowledgable about pets here- you'll have to track someone down for service as well, as they do not proactively seek to help customers here.

Not only are they super friendly and cheerful but the most kind store associate who is their new pet groomer helped me today that went beyond her job duties. I believe her name is Chantelle and she is the sweetest gal!
I'm def a customer for life now

The customer experience provided by this employee was far below acceptable. In answering our queries she made us feel stupid and the answers to our questions proved to be inaccurate.

I'm glad people are having good experiences here, I did not. I came in looking for a specific item. I appreciate how informative the rep wanted to be, but we were going off on tangents that weren't helpful. I trust my vet for advice The cashier didn't say hello or thank you, I believe all she said was receipt. I won't come back here again

I went in to buy harnesses for my two dogs. Archer was patient and reassuring while walking me through their selection. Although their selection is smaller than some stores, my needs were definitely met. I then asked some questions about food as I am not completely happy with what I was feeding my pups. I learned more from him in 20 minutes than anyone else at pet stores. If you need guidance find Archer! This is my new pet store.
