Good pet store with pet stuff. Lots of options for pets. Also sometimes people bring their pets into the pet store. So it’s fun to go to the pet store and see pets. Like dogs. Love that journey

Friendly staff, they know where everything can be located. I have been using Total Pet for many years now.

It's an OK store. Staff are young and a little anti-social. Good selection of fish supplies. Plenty of parking. Lots of cat and dog supplies. The manager is something.

You want to know anything about animals and how to help them when they are in a state of anxiety and stress because they just left their first forever home after a year and are now in with a stranger in a new place I've got there 7 minutes Less than 7 minutes before they were to close but they were patient and helped me listen to what I had to say and then offered the best solution that they could and it was amazingly perfect It helped so much they suggested I try a spray called adaptil and it's pheromones that help calm dogs you spray it on their blanket or their bed or their collar 15 minutes before putting it on them and no word of a lie I sprayed it on his new blankie that I gave him from my collection and brought it put it on his bed and within minutes he went from hyperventilating to sniffing like crazy to laying down right on the bed for the first time and calming right down It was incredible to watch that spray is worth every penny and those girls know what they're doing and they love animals clearly!

Helpful and informative, have a wide selection for a variety of pets to meet the needs of all my needs. Easy to get there and the staff has always been friendly.

The ladies at total pet on the ns are amazing. I go there a couple times a week and they are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I LOVE total pet and the staff

What a great experience! Went in to get my dogs raw dog food that we always get but I had an amazing experience! I was waited on by Sama and WOW! She was beyond phenomenal! She not only informed me that I could get a free sample of raw dog food but I could also get a discount because they have senior discounts! She was so helpful and extremely nice, an all around wonderful experience I had today. With that kind of staff there's no way I would ever go anywhere else. Thank you Sama!

My dogs and I love the staff! We go at least twice a month and are always satisfied with products and the helpfulness of the staff

Aside from some questionable advice from an employee that contradicted my vet, the place is decent. I walked in and several employees offered to help me right away. Or maybe they thought I was planning to shoplift. Whatever, I got what I came for and paid a fair price.

Went here for the first time today. One of the staff was rude. Two just hung out together and talked. Won't be back.

I've been a regular customer of Total Pet for over 15 years, ever since they were at the Tom Laroche's building years ago. Not a big fan of the new layout and the customer service has taken a drop. I went in today, with my 3 month old puppy to get him a new collar and leash - the lady who served me seemed to not be well rehearsed with puppy energy and was not very helpful. I went to Animal House and was treated very well and left with a $50 purchase, including new collar and leash.

Always got good deals and they got there fish section back up and running again the renovation looks super good I can't wait to see all the animals they have available looks like there adding a few more staffs always super friendly and welcoming. They have a really nice variety of fish now that they got there tanks back up and running fairly good priced fish aswell

Clerk was very helpful with fitting my dog with a winter jacket. I appreciated her service

I'm not a fan of their multi purchase rewards program. If you go in and they don't have the food you want, so you buy something comparable, you don't get a point towards your purchases because you have to buy the same size and same brand every time. That's ridiculous.
