Unfortunately their provided maps of the local trails are poor paper copies from the Trail forks apps, but otherwise they were very helpful.

This visitor center has an indoor display of mounted local wild animals, an oil derrick and coal trolley. Shady picnic spot, nice tables and washroom. Spectacular mountain scenery.

Highly recommend stopping here!

Lots of info on surrounding area, good place for a pit stop. There's also a trail off of it too.

Plenty of parking place. Friendly and super helpful staff. Lots of information available about things one can visit / do in the area. Free WiFi! Worth stopping at if you need a break and want too see a restored drilling rig.

Freindly staff, great service. There are a few benches in front of it for resting and eating your snack.

Used the dump station here and for only $2 and a short line given it was a Monday of a long weekend good value. Bathrooms inside the visitor centre and staff know the town when I asked for directions. I was not able to connect my black tank flush to the non-potable water rinse which seems more common now. Why care if I connect my water hose to rinse out.

Clean, well laid out. The visitors center has lots of information not only about the immediate area, but for Alberta and SK as well. The staff were pleasant and proactive in asking if they could help us. There is free wifi plus a water bottle filling station. There is a cool oil drilling platform plus a great hike to the Fairy Falls.

Big parking lot, clean facility with so many resources! Really appreciated being able to fill up on drinking water from the tap outside. Great walking and mountain biking trails starting from the parking lot as well.

Closed when we got there but there is some pamphlets you can get on the outside of the building
