Towne Centre Medical Clinic (NOT A WALK IN CLINIC)

I dont know what yall talking about, the receptionist is a gem. They've been my Dr for last few years. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and have always found them professional. When my original doctor, Dr. Brower retired, I was lucky enough to get Dr. Montgomery to take me on as a new patient. I loved Dr. Brower and Dr. Montgomery is every bit as good. She's caring and explains things very clearly. She's friendly and approachable and I have every confidence in her medical knowledge. Would highly recommend her.

Dr. Chien is our doctor and he's the best we have ever had. He's knowledgeable, compassionate and a blessing.

The front end staff are amazing and always try to get you in to see your Dr. The Drs are also very caring and knowledgeable. Keep up the smiling faces

Dr. Reid probably saved my life. She has been my number 1 advocate since day 1. She never gave up on me. Even to this day, on my journey, she has been by my side working with me to save my health and my life. I gave up on myself a long time ago, but she hasn't. I am really really lucky to have found such a compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding physician who truly cares. I am so appreciative and grateful for her and her wonderful staff at Towne Centre Medical. I went from being on my death bed to having a second chance at life. There is still a long road ahead of me but with a team like this, I am confident that I will be successful. Thank you Dr. Reid.

Best medical clinic in West Kelowna. The doctors are professional and knowledgeable and the support staff is helpful and accommodating whenever possible.

The reception was the rudest I've ever experienced.she needs to go to anger management or get some retraining on how to be good to people especially those who are sick.very bad experience.doctors are good
