Township 7 Vineyards & Winery - Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley

I stopped by with my wife here as we saw a open sign on our way.
I wanted to buy a Rose after tasting it. The lady said They don't have a opened one but we can try others. She gave us a white wine and l was thinking what made her to not open a bottle for us to taste before we buy! On the entrance it said taste is available! Do they have special bottles for tasting or just opened one of their bottles to try!
All the time l was there was 5 minutes!
However my wife asked me to buy one from the others that she offered to taste But l bought a Rose only and came out as l could see 8 bottles on the shelf. I felt like she behaved us like someone that came to taste and go away. What made her to behave like that, no idea! Difiently, we felt like being judged for something.

**** I could luckily stop by at Da Silva's vineyard at the corner of the road and 100% different experience. Read my review at their location and see how you should be greeted and feel welcoming.
I will Not even try to pass Township 7!
I read other low rated reviews about similar experience regarding the staff behaviors, and would like to mention that, even you made the best wine in the world, your staff are the key for success! You have same negative feedback from people last few years.
I increased my rate from 1 to 2 to leave a fair review as the wine taste is not rated and just rated the service l got here.

First time at Township 7 for a wine tasting. The wine and facility was great, the server was friendly, but I have never experienced a server touch their face (mouth, nose, eyes, ears and forehead) so many times while talking and serving. It was a big turnoff and because of it, I would not recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Excellent wine, better service. Michael did our tasting and he was very knowledgeable and made us so comfortable.

Today we decided to go wine tasting in the heat.well what a great idea.thought we would hit 3-4 wineries on the naramata bench. Made it to one. Trevor at Township 7 took wine tasting to another level. WOW.my wife said one of the best wine tasting experience yet and trust me we have done lots of tasting. Joined the club and bought a case of amazing wine.fabulous experience.thanks Trevor!

Had a great tasting experience, the wine is amazing. Laura was able to really encapsulate the profiles of the wine with the characters she portrayed. Definitely would recommend others to come and listen and purchase their favorite!

I just opened a bottle of 2014 Reserve Chardonnay that I purchased last June. It was wrapped in black crepe with the correct label on it. When I unwrapped it, found out you gave me a 2014 Sauv. Blanc. I was very disappointed as I was saving this wine for this time and do not like the Sauv. Blanc. We drank some of it, but was really upset it was not the Chardonnay Reserve I paid for.

Awesome wine tasting experience, very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know a lot about wine. One of the best reds you can taste in the Okanagan region. Highly recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon, Reserve 7 and NBO. If you like Chardonnay, this winery produces one of the best Chardonnay in Canada, both Oaked and Unoaked choices; all vintage are great for ageing in your personal cellars. This winery is fantastic for wine connoisseurs, amateurs and enthusiasts. Unfortunately the best of the best you have to be a member of their wine club.

In the Fall we are unable to get up to the Okanagan until after the end of October and we were disappointed in finding some of the wineries closed or hours posted not accurate. Fortunately, we stopped at Township 7, and it was the best experience we have had at a winery. Crystal was not only very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, but stayed open to insure that we had an opportunity to try several wines. Her knowledge of Township's wines made it amazing easy for us to pick out special bottles for friends. We will be sure to stop in for tastings again the next time we are up.
