I was treated very well at the Bodyshop. Great shop and the whole experience to get my truck fixed was smooth.

Tried to contact a service person 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Went to Prescision Detailing.

Can't say enough about Nanaimo Toyota, it was a very good experience from day 1. No pressure and a very friendly atmosphere.

The coffee station is very good however, the cost of the muffler replacement was twice that of a competitor.

Nanaimo Toyota has been and continues to be a wonderful dealership to do business with. All the staff, from the front desk, sales, to service department are professional and courteous from the moment I walk in. I'm not going anywhere else.

Awesome sales people. No pressure buying experience. They introfuce you to the parts department, they hive you a welcoming gift, then you are introfuce to service department wherr they set up your first service appointment. I have bought a few new cars from different dealerships, none of come close to the excellent service we got grom Nanaimo Toyota. I definitly recomend them. Ask for David for your salesman.

Our company has been leasing vehicles at Nanaimo Toyota for at least a decade. We couldn't be more impressed with the service we receive every single time.

Worst customer service ever. Obviously something has changed with the management here. Had an appt booked for a tire switch to winter tires and oil change. Told it would take 4 hours to do? !? !? When we came back the car hadn't been touched and we were told it would be an additional 2 hours to wait. Obviously double booking and expecting customers to just wait around. Not wise during covid times. Will never return here to service our vehicle again. Go elsewhere, they've lost the care for their customers.

We bought this beauty here. Nice people work here, although they might not necessarily be up to date on all the vehicle features.

My Venza was having a midlife crisis, bad brake sensor, they got me going in a day without an an appointment.
I am sure if it is a safety issue they would give their best for you too.

Nice. Fairly progressive cars amid some slightly cliche sales pitches and social irregularities. Sometimes it’s the set of Mad Men, and other salesmen seem genuinely transparent/helpful. A sales woman would be a step towards modern balance. 2 Prius’ and shopping for our 3rd.but inconsistent sales reps.

I've got 2 Toyotas that I bought used, anytime I need Parts Nanaimo Toyota is very helpful and gets me exactly what I need. Thanks!

Poor service, poor communication, and unethical repairs

They were my first choice, but at beginning they told me they won’t able to get me a vehicle during the time my car in shop, so I went to another body shop. Then they called back saying they will find me a vehicle for the time being and get me car fix as soon as possible, so I came back to them. I told them from the beginning, I need my car to be fixed before my mother in law comes to town. They said they understand that. One week after another, they give me excuses to push me to the next week. Finally, I called again another excuse. And told me my car still drivable and not in rush to get fixed. They’ve been promised to me and breaking the trust over and over. They said they are trying to help, but I’m not being reasonable with them.

Went to the body shop. Very friendly. They couldn't help me, mostly due to me being a broke college student and not going through insurance but they did give me advice on who could.
