I was at ToysRUs Coquitlam with my family on Friday to take advantage of the BOGO 50% sale on books. I was amazed at the selection of books that the store has. Patrick was extremely helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable not just about toys but about books too. I love shopping at this location because of the helpful and friendly staff like Patrick. I will definitely recommend shopping at this location to all my bookworm friends.

The location is quiet and it makes it a pleasant experience to shop at. Other stores can have so many kids running around it's stressful.

Cathy is so rude to her fellow employees, she was so sweet to the customer but yelled at her coworkers, seems like this is not the first time. Management should keep an eye on her, I honestly felt super bad for the girl she was yelling at!

I came in to try and return an item without a gift receipt. One of the customer service reps in the store told me I need a receipt to return so I need to ask it from whoever gifted the item to us. I asked if it is possible to look it up in the system because other stores (not Toys R Us) can initiate store credit without needing a receipt. She then raised her voice and was so loud stating the same that without receipt, she cannot do anything. Why does she have to be so rude by raising her voice? Everyone in the store can literally hear her. I am so disappointed and upset with they way I was treated.
