Came to till with a damaged TY that didn’t have a tag (which is the most important thing about TYS). We asked about a small discount for being damaged and not as sold. And the person behind till refused. Absolutely Disgusting.

Made a special trip to this location to pick up some hard to find toys. Luckily I ran into Ana, a store employee, who went the extra mile to make my day (and my nieces) by looking all over the store, including the back warehouse, for my two toys. Thx again, Ana!

We had an awesome experience. Nathan was very helpful to make the gift basket that we wanted for a new born. Also Dylan helped in the quick checkout process.

Had a great experience buying a beginner kids bike with Eric. He took the time to check if the bike was the right size for my daughter. Explained the pros and cons of going up a bike size. Very informative and didn't feel like he was trying to push a product on me. The only problem is that he was the only one manning the bike department. The guy needs some help! Luckily another employee was there to help Eric out with other customers later on, but it just seemed a bit understaffed back there.
