The kind staff here really knows how to pull off big launch events. I was there for Chapter 2 of Lorcana release and they handled all the difficult people with care and ensured everyone had a great experience. Refreshing to see things handled this way and stock available for purchase weeks later due to strict adherence to store policy. Well Done Langley Toys

This place is always busy, but compared to other Tous"R"Us, it is very clean and the staff always keep the place nice and tightly. They are also very helpful and attentive to questions I have. The cashiers seem to be well-trained and they work fast.

Came in around evening time looking to buy items for a baby shower. Tina provided excellent customer service and helped us not only locate all the items we needed but also helped us find substitute items as well. The experience was a 10/10 and we have never been provided with such great customer service. Tina really went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed.

I was at the Langley store today and I was very disappointed to learn that the great promotion of 10% off for seniors on the 1st Tuesday of the month with a R membership was discontinued. I am on a fixed income and have 5 grandchildren to buy for not only Christmas but other occasions. If you no longer give any toy value deals as before the Pandemic started then I can go to any of your toy competitors and purchase instead of you. No one seems to want to give anyone a break since all of this so called supply issues started. I will not be coming back to purchase.

I really wish I had taken photos. I haven't been at Toys R Us in years but I thought that I'd take a walk through the store today just out of curiosity. As an educator, I was incredibly impressed at the overwhelming selection of books and how well displayed and organized they were. Teacher resource heaven! I will definitely be going back. They even had an indigenous literature section that was featured. There were selections for all ages and a lot of variety, from classic books to current ones. It was a pleasant surprise.

Delia was super helpful. She answered all our questions very patiently about car seats and strollers. And trust me, we had a lot of questions as first time parents. She explained everything about installation and all the safety requirements as well. She is definitely an asset to the company.

I visit this store very often to buy stuff and has gift cards as well.i purchased one item and was there next day to exchange (close packaging) it with one on sale.i showed them flyer and it was clearly saying that its still valid (date at the bottom of flyer). There were 2 different colors available for the product.the one i needed was out of stock and needs to be ordered.employee were ok to order it in (she said i will do raincheck).
SO she caĺled manager for approval
Manager had different conclusion that they can give me same price on the color they got in store, BUT can't owner the same price on other color as they have to order it (cant touch website price). Anyhow i made my mind for other color (available in store) THEN THEY REFUSED THAT AS WELL.
Manager (his name was joke.i guess) on duty was not even willing to come in front as employees kept calling. Finally made my mind to leave the store. On way out, i saw same manager (a guy with blonde hair and specs) and his attitude towards me was amazing (because i was coloured.i feel) no courtesy.no desire to understand my concern. He was just rude (staring at me with anger). I understand its THEIR STORE.they can do whatever they want. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY GIFT CARDS I BOUGHT FROM TOYS R US.

It’s OK, but like many retail stores, staffing cuts make it very hard to ever find an associate in-store for help. More often than not employees seem annoyed if you ask them a question, which is kind of understandable when there’s hardly any associates on the floor. I usually only visit here twice a year, and mainly on Black Friday (ugh, the crowds) to do all my kids’ Xmas toy shopping when there are deals and & savings to be found. Poor selection of baby clothes.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worse toys r us chain the manager Delia is extremely rude towards clients and doesn't care about business for the store or in general. I went there to buy a crib mattress when I inquired about pricing, competitors pricing etc.she was extremely rude and mentioned that I can take my business elsewhere. So essentially she doesn't want clients questioning a product or price. She even asked me as to how Dare i ask an employee about pricing on a specific product I wouldn't recommend her horrible, nightmarish services to anyone or any paying customer shouldn't go through this. STAY AWAY FROM MANAGER DELIA AND HER HORRIBLE, RUDE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!

Worse chain store I had to deal with. Only 1 out of 4 of my online orders were fulfilled properly. Either they cancelled part of my shipment because they were "out of stock" but it shows as in stock on the website or your order does not go through with curbside pickup. Never had to go back and forth with customer service so much before. Complete waste of time. If I wasn't gifted a gift card for this store, I will never shop here again. Horrible inventory system. Conveniently the sale items advertised on their websites are the ones that don't go through.

I have registered with Babies r us for my baby registry. There products are way too-priced (try checking on other websites too) and they don’t even give you any swag bags (they say they don’t have any in stock; if you register elsewhere like amazon and buy buy baby they sent you amazing welcome gift for your baby) and you are not getting any discount on completion of your registry if its before your due date. Obvio, you want to complete you registry and buy stuff before your baby is here. Apparently, the 10% discount is eligible for those items that are not purchased from your registry after your due date. Kind of stupid. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I came into the store to return a product that was not returnable which is fine but the superviser and there associates were extremely rude and unprofessional. They would not listen to us, and ignored us. Behavior was not good.

DELIA is super helping and generous lady. As we are going to be first time parents, it was so hard for us to decide what to buy from so many things. She came to us and asked if we need help. After that, she answered our every question with very much patience. We ended up buying things with so much satisfaction.

Probably the worst customer service experience and worst floor managers.
They won't accept any return or exchanges.and the way they come at you and explain why they can't do returns or exchanges is beyond my comprehension. We spent over $2000 in one year on them and yet they don't care. We stopped buying from them.

It’s my first time visiting this ToysRUs location today (3/29/2021) and overall, it was an unpleasant experience. The big older white lady with glasses and almost greying hair in a ponytail needs to calm down. I was simply asking a question if there was a limit on purchasing an item (since online it says “limit 2 per customer” and I saw no sign posted around it) and she was so aggressive with her response: “DON’T BUY THE WHOLE SHELF but you can buy 10.10! ” I understand that she was angry before I spoke to her because you could hear her complaining of “stolen magnets” from the box she was unboxing, but to take her anger out on a customer/speak in that manner is disappointing, disrespectful, and downright humiliating on her part. It would have been better if there was another associate around at that time so I didn’t have to ask her for help. Note to customers: if you see her, avoid her.

I’ve been to countless ToysRUs locations and this is my first time experiencing this kind of behaviour from staff. I will not come back but on the other hand, associates, Theresa and Amelita were extremely kind and very helpful!

Last Sunday went to your Langley location and purchased the $96 Ingenuity high chair and made sure it was in stock. The store staff writes down the code and I paid for the item and picked up from side of store. The price charged is 119.97. Sent the online contact form today on your website with my concerns.your staff can't write down the right damn code down and overcharged 25.00 dollars.

Ridiculous the manager at the time and the lady at customer service told me there are no more vivid voltage etb it wasn't on the shelf. I asked for the manager 5 times then she finally came with vivid voltage etbs. I called the head office of toys r us and reported them. I also was coming from vancouver. If they don't like their jobs they should quit and work somewhere else!

Older lady with graying hair was super aggressive when explaining a policy, Came off as super rude. Decided not to buy anything after that. I feel bad for the employees who have to work with/under her.

I've always had a good experience shopping at the store but want to point out that Maria in the stroller department is super helpful and knowledgeable. She made our stroller shopping experience easy and we're very happy with the one we bought.

We asked the team if there was anything they could do for my daughter during the current Covid world we are living in. The team went beyond the call of duty with a giant sign, balloons and a gift from Geoffrey. My 8 year old was so surprised and so happy she couldn't stop smiling on the way home and said her cheeks hurt.

These guys are awesome. Their customer service is exceptional even during this pandemic. I got curb side pick up twice and they are quick and very patient. Not only at delivering the products but also during ordering products via gift card (I had an issue ordering from my credit card).
They were working only few people and their priority is curb side pickups but still they took my calls and listened to my issue and helped me to get out that.

We went in today to the Langley BC store mainly for the car seat sale, the customer service lady was friendly, knowledgable, answered all of the questions we had, and there was no line up or wait to see her. It was also prime time on a Saturday afternoon. We were also helped out fast in another department from a different sales person who gave us good advice! Great sales today!

When I moved to Canada then, I was looking for a Toysrus to get toys for my kid. I went to Surrey, Vancouver but eventually, I came to Toys 'r' US, Langely. I was impressed to see they have a variety of toys and baby products. The store is clean and the staffs are always very friendly. Coincidently, whenever I pay a visit to this store, Maria sales representative is the one who helps me out. She is very helpful and always helps going above and beyond. Overall I love this store and i would highly recommend this store to anyone.

They don't seem so answer their phones and trying again it doesn't ring just says "The customer you called is unavailable right now" also when I purchased a crib in store I was first told $25 to anywhere then after I made my purchase I was told $175 to deliver to Chilliwack went to arrange a pickup instead didn't work out was then told $40 to deliver to Chilliwack then when I called it was $100. They need to train their employees better so they can give customers the answers they need.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. The online website won’t take gift cards and the items that were on sale and I wanted to purchase were available online, so was told by customer service staff to buy online with my credit card and then go back into the store to get it adjusted to my gift card. Went into the store almost two weeks later and was told because one of my items is still being shipped (website said I’d receive in 5-7 days.which is another complaint), they won’t adjust to my gift card. I have to come back once it’s been received. What a waste of a morning packing up my baby to come into the store a second time. Will never shop here again as the customer service is awful.

You might not get it. And you might be against it.

I grew up with Toys R Us and I live in San Francisco, CA. So you have to understand, we don't have these in America anymore.

So to see a Toys R Us and to have my kids go in and buy stuff is pretty cool. I do miss the "Toys R Us Exclusive" labels.

While online has done it's damage, just going to a toy store and find the latest stuff is nice.

Meh. Toys r us isn't as good as it used to be. It's always the same generic toys that you can find at any other shopping center/store. Prices have gone WAY UP. It's so expensive now! Not worth the time going here.

Big store with a good selection. Products range from cheap plastic to decently made stuff. They used to have more books, but they don't have as many as before. The baby stuff on the left is quite good, strollers, beds, changing tables, and the like. Tonnes of Disney and Marvel stuff.

Pro tip: spend some time browsing the board game section.

Went to a Toys R Us in Langley BC today looking for some Transformers, all the price tag are priced at regular price while their website has all these items priced at sale price, which was totally confusing. I went to check the price at the scanners, BUT none of those are working at the store. I told the staff about their scanners not scanning and was told that all the scanners aren't working, so I walked over to the cashier counter to check the price for a Leader Siege Shockwave which I drove a long way intentionally to get that item, and the cashier said it is 69.99 (while these are on sale at the website for 52.47). I don't know what's up with that. I had totally bad experience from this Toy's R Us, and never will shop there again.

Terrible experience today. The ASSISTANT manager was extremely rude while I was trying to price match something off Amazon which is global standard. They werent going to do it but eventually did. Afterward I wanted to return a playpen I purchased elsewhere which has never been opened or used, the assistant manager opened it up (cut the tape off and everything) and proceeded to state it smelt like manure, its filthy and had dog hair all over it. I dont even own a dog, pets for that matter. I hope someone who cares that works there sees this and addresses her customer service skills.
