I very rarely leave reviews, however this is one bussiness that is most deserving of one!

I needed business cards made and knew nothing about this process right from the moment I called them to then walking in 15 minutes later everyone I interacted with was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely friendly. TPH went above and beyond for me I couldn’t make it out to grab my cards as mommy duty called but really needed my cards and just because of Lisa’s good heart she dropped them off to me. I was very happy with my business cards and the service.

I will definitely be using them again & referring everyone I know to this place.

The team at TPH was fantastic to work with and completed my design and job quickly even though it was during the holidays. Would highly recommend as the staff were great and the quality of the printing was on point.

They have a fantastic team here. They're all incredibly knowledgable with what they do and it makes the printing process practically seamless. They can work within your time frame and they went above and beyond for me. They're incredibly efficient and deliver incredible results. If I had more to print, I'd definitely do it here.

Lisa, Dylan and the entire team at TPH were such a delight to work with. They had printed all of my wedding items, from our save the dates, bachelorette t-shirts and cards; to our wedding signage, menus, thank you cards and more. Truly such a seamless process from start to finish. The team was extremely helpful, professional and quick to deliver results. They would print extra for me just in case. I appreciate their personal and caring approach, and for being apart of such an exciting time of our lives. We will absolutely use them moving forward and refer them to our friends. Just completed a project with TPH. They are sure not cheap. However their quality of work and customer service is top notch. Always had issues with the printing companies this one is different. Something special about the way they treat their customers and meeting deadlines. We as an organization have decided we will now make them our preferred to go printing vendor. Another fantastic experience with TPH! I had a fabric research poster printed and the text and images were very crisp. The fabric travelled well too. Lisa and her team are very helpful and the turnaround time was quick. Definitely a place to choose for research poster printing (fabric or poster paper).

This is the best printing store hands down I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else, I called and asked for some help this afternoon. Not only did the extremely kind and sweet owner/lady answer the phone but she provided me a variety of options to solve my problem. Excellent customer service! Glad I found this printer near our new BC office. I needed to place an urgent order for name lanyard cards. TPH provided competitive pricing and fast turnaround for our Expo Tradeshow. Their team replied promptly and completed our order on a tight timeline. They printed, trimmed, laminated and hole punched. The finished lanyards looked great! Thank you so much!

Lisa and her team are one of the greatest and most helpful printers I’ve ever had the joy of knowing. I had an idea for Foil printing art and she made it happen. Whenever I had a due date she always made sure it would be done by then, answered all my questions and generally was extremely helpful. Everyone always asks where I got my foil prints done and I tell them here. High quality and amazing customer service. You won’t be disappointed!

Our company has been working with TPH for years and Lisa has been so helpful and accommodating with our requests - she knows exactly what we want and how to go about getting it done in a way that upholds the highest standard. When we had issues with certain projects, Lisa was able to step in and recommend alternatives or suggestions as to how to fix the problem. The quality of our posters are amazing (we've had three different types of posters printed - all great), they are a focal point in our office and our guests and executives were so impressed. The staff, as well, especially Adrianna, have been very helpful and informative in explaining different materials with samples, and suggesting which product would be better suited for our projects. We will definitely continue to work with TPH, their customer service and poster print quality is second to none.

I print a lot of material for the nightclub I run. These printers could have had regular business from me but there was a very rude woman on the phone. It was like she didn’t want my business. Will avoid even trying them out.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a large format vinyl sign, it looked great, was ready a day early, and I was able to pick it up at a different location than where I placed the order!

Came in late on a Friday morning with a last minute binding+print job that needed to be completed ASAP. Was told that everything would be ready Monday afternoon. Received a few hours later to let me know that my documents were ready for pickup. Fantastic service.
