We had an urgent order for business cards that we needed for Thursday. Contacted TPH and spoke to Ryan, the manager, on the phone. He was super helpful and when we went into their location, he was there to explain the different types of options that are available and provided recommendations as well. He was very kind and said that the printing would be done in time for Thursday (we went in on late Tuesday when they were about to close). He was also very responsive through email even after working hours. We placed the order online on Tuesday evening after business hours and we got the cards Wednesday at around 1pm! It was super quick and the quality was way better than the ones that we ordered from another vendor. Great place and great customer support!

The TPH Team on Hornby St.in Vancouver are exceptional. I am a lawyer and was starting an eighteen day trial by filing eight large binders full of multi-tabbed documents with the court. The first thing the trial judge said was, "would it be possible to get a scanned copy of those documents? ". TPH came to the rescue and in 24 hours they somehow managed to scan all eight binders. Since then I have used TPH and found them to provide very reliable service at a fair price.

Seriously impressed with the staff here. So helpful with attention to detail even in a time crunch.this team worked before and after hours to make sure our print was ready in less than 12 hours. If that is not exceptional customer service, I'm not sure what is.

I paid for a specific set of instructions to be printed as my demo book and I didn't receive all of the instructions I still need.

I've finished my main books and the demo still hasn't a resolve. I might still have the e mail then I remember they couldn't follow directions a few times before.
