Great work, very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. We would definitely use them again.

I am incredibly upset- filed for my trademark in September of 2022- its January 2024 and still have gotten anything except the run-around when I ask why I haven't heard anything back. If you're seeing this review- then this still hasn't been resolved. Be very careful giving your money to this entity- at first I was hopeful but now I'm not sure they stand by there "guarantee "

We have been using Trademark Factory for the past two years and have recently discovered a trademark was registered in the USA for our name although they were supposed to oppose any trademark attempts.
We have been trying to find out what is going on and why this has happened. 5 emails in the last week and no one including Andrei himself has responded when there are 10 people on these email threads. Communication is absolutely atrocious.

Edit: Andrei thank you for the response although I think there are some fundamental facts missing among the internal communication with your team. I’ll be happy to have a further chat but the fact my 5 emails have been ignored and not responded to at all is unacceptable. If you have more information that has not been passed on to me, I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. My trademark may not have been able to survive, but I have not been made aware of any attempts to block it as per my conversations with Amanda. I’ve also paid for the trademark even though I was told it would be opposed based on the information I was given and provided to your firm. I look forward to a resolution with this matter.
