I've had an incredible experience working at Tradesmen International (2 years). The supportive team, commitment to safety, and opportunities for skill development make it a great workplace. Payments are very good. They're always trying to get you a good job site. Proud to be part of a company that values its employees and fosters a positive, collaborative environment.

Showed up early morning on a Thursday with a Friday holiday and Monday holiday was told on the Tuesday would have a plan for me and my partner to work after we signed all of tax forms and employee forms with our sin numbers… never got a call back called left many messages was promised work and never heard from again… locked door…. Hope my sin number is okay

I applied for a job on Indeed. I was interviewed by a man based on that I was offered a job and given a paper to fill including job offer, time sheets, tax forms.etc. Until I was noticed by a dark woman. She did not respect her colleague who was setting me up and could not help herself to jump at me, and began examining my paper. I swear I noticed her evil eyes and ill will like cartoons. She asked me to fill in the reference part. I told her I'd try to find references, which I don't have now and have to get consent to give their contact info too.she started commenting offensively like what are you hiding, why are you afraid to give references and repeat it again and again. She was sitting next to me and turned her seat towards me! At the end, she took my paper after I filled out all my personal info and said I didn't have a job.
Her dirty mind let her think that the recruiter who interviewed me knows me, whereas I had never seen him or had any knowledge of him or anything about this company.
I was educated and trained in Canada. I have an Eng.degree from Canadian University, worked and contracted as a Surveyor, Red Seal Carpenter, and backed by over 10 years in Construction. All that represents less than 50 % of my experience. Tell me what is her experience or how she was hired. She is ignorant of the regulations to say the least

Hi everyone I was hired by this company when I was already working i told them that I will give 1 week notice in my company
quit from there and join them i resigned there ready to join next week on Friday I call them and told them give me the address where I have to go for work in reply I got that the supervisor is on vacation I can't join there because no one can brief me imagine i already resigned from my company where I was working and till now I never got no calls from them so guys please beware of this company they are all fraud never believe in them stay away from them and if anybody have any ideas what legal action I can take against them just let me know coz I have already signed my documents and paperwork
