Every time I've gone to Trail Tire in Lumby, they treat you like you like family. I've been to other Trail Tires but none of them even compare to the customer service that Jason delivers. That's the kind of manager any establishment would be fortunate to have.

I had a great experience getting my out of province inspection. Staff are very friendly and do honest work. My first inspection failed, and the mechanic was very patient in explaining what I needed to pass inspection, and mentioned things to keep in mind in the future for good maintenance. They were able to get me in one week later to repair what needed to be done to pass the inspection, and I was ready to register and insure!

Appointment was made for a date close to when we called, I appreciate this so much as in Kelowna I would have been waiting a long time.

I felt happy with what I paid, and i felt that the staff had treating me well, and that they were being honest about what I needed to keep me safe and on the road. I always fear my ignorance in mechanics maybe taken advantage of, but the staff at trail tire were professional and transparent which allowed me to feel confident with my service.

Towed a trailer to Lumby for a weekend and found when I was parking it that one tire was absolutely worn beyond repair. Showed up at Trail Tire in Lumby with no appointment on a Friday afternoon. They got a new tire switched onto the rim and had me ready to go in 10
minutes. It was some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you so much!

Great, fast, and reliable service from Jason and his crew at Trail Tire in Lumby, BC. After a few attempts I was unable to beat Jason's high score on PS4 pinball, he truly is a pinball wizard. I will certainly be returning for oil changes for the foreseeable future. Thanks again, guys!

This shop absolutely saved our entire weekend. We were towed in last Friday (broken wheel studs on our E350 Van) and they were able to get us back on the road within hours for an absolutely unbelievable deal.
